Doesn't matter how old you are or what shape your in. It's about working out and having fun doing it. The place is kinda small but thats ok. The owners are extremely nice. In fact, everyone I met at Average Joe's was super nice. They give you a free class to try it out... and yes, my daughter had a blast. The owners took the time to teach my daughter how to box safely. First the foot work, then hands and then the arms. Each class is an hour. After boxing, they offered wrestling. My daughter wanted to try that too. She ended up liking the boxing practice a little better. So yeah, we will be back.

really surprised to see so many low reviews for Espire in the Prescott mall. we've been coming here…read morefor years to get our pickle on, and have only had top-notch experiences. we usually show up on a whim and have always found a court. all of the fellow players have been friendly, in our experience. we've found the customer service to be quite good. the restrooms are always clean. the courts are pretty pristine (tho some are more ideally located than others/some courts are better for private play, some are more communal). we've even played on the outdoor courts and while the wind can give you the business out there, still had a great time. they even have a little workout area and a basketball court. if we lived in Prescott we'd get a membership here. easy parking outside the mall entrance. only thing we haven't tried is the cafe--not our scene to eat stadium food, but the menu actually looks pretty passable. a very quality spot for healthy fun in Prescott.

Yes it's predominantly a kids' summer camp but adults have very different needs food-wise. Pizza, chicken nuggets and having fried potatoes on repeat doesn't cut it. And the portions were absolutely abysmal. Yes you can go up for seconds, but the service could have been more at the get go. You're feeding folks that have been rappelling, rock climbing, paddling, hiking and fishing all day!! We needed something more nutritious and appropriate for adults!!

Balancing Rock Trail head is accessed from Granite Basin Road at either the Cayuse parking lot or…read morethe Wekuvde day use area a bit further along the road to the west. A parking fee is required, though it is free with a National Parks America the Beautiful pass. We went on a Monday in August just after the monsoon rains and ran into only one other hiker despite the beautiful lush vegetation, cool mushrooms and interesting geology. For a slightly longer trek, park at Cayuse and take trail 351 west through the forest, then make a loop of 350 and 349, the latter trail is the Balancing rock trail. Trail 350 is also excellent and there is an arched rock feature halfway down the trail on the east side that you do not want to miss. We had good shade most of the way despite starting a bit late at 9:30 am. There is not a lot of total elevation gain but you will have some ups and downs to get the heart rate going
