The bossam itself came with a set of red leaf lettuce, mussangchae (radish salad), ssamjang (soybean dipping sauce), raw garlic and jalapeno, and a saeujeot (salted shrimp) mixture. Notably, some portions of the lettuce leaf did seem past their prime and were soggy or mush. All in all, I enjoyed the entire meal, especially the mussanchae which unusually had oysters in it. What I did not enjoy was the entire week I spent on the toilet after I ate the meal. Had I not been food poisoned, this restaurant would easily have been a 5/5. Because of this and despite the health concerns, I am willing to give the restaurant another shot. The other food options seem very enjoyable.
