Unfortunately I did not get a drink. We were here for the pretzels. We got the iconic Mickey pretzel with the cheese sauce. Funny, in all of the years (decades) I have been visiting Disney, this is the first time I have ever tried their symbolic pretzel. It was worth the hype. It was really good! It was soft and chewy, the right amount of salt, and the cheese was your traditional plastic goodness. I will need to fit in more Mickey pretzels into my food play list in the future. If you are interested in other flavors, they also had a sweet and a spicy option, probably perfect to go with a good beer.

This is one of the more convenient places to buy beer in California Adventure because all they sell is beer and pretzels, it's not a sit down type place and they serve quickly. There is usually a line, but they have lots of taps and get you in and out quickly. I usually go for the Tower 10 IPA since it has the most alcohol for the price and considering you're at Disneyland, you really need to get the most bang for your buck! It's close to Cars land too, so you can grab a brew while waiting in that unbelievably long Cars line!!! Mr. Babcock clearly takes his time to design each music program. The love of this art and the commitment from the musicians in the band are evident during and after each performance. There is a tremendous amount of talent in this band. Check them out during their next performance. Tickets are only $10 per person. The Halloween Carnival is Disney's take on a Halloween country themed carnival. Here, you will find the Disney characters dressed up in their Halloween themed costumes. But beware, some of the Disney Villains have taken up residence in their sideshow tent. Be advised that the lines for the Villains tent can be quite long. And once inside, you only conjure up one of the Disney Villains. Pumpkin carvers will awe Guests with their Disney themed pumpkin carvings. Arts, crafts, and games (that are free) will delight young and old. And for area music, Billy Hill and the Hillbillies will take stage and play some songs. The Pirates League, which was in New Orleans Square last year, has moved to the Halloween Carnival for those who want to dress like a pirate. A nominal fee is required for this activity. Hungry? no need to fear as there is a cart with delicious treats such as hot dogs, corn on the cob, fried apple burrito, spiced apple cider, soda, and water. Because this is all the way in the back of Disneyland, it is a nice get away from the noise and crowds. One can sit and relax a bit and just enjoy the scenery.
