I've been a member for many years. It's a great…read moreorganization for gaining professional and layman knowledge on all aspects of plumeria! It's a friendly and supportive organization. There are monthly meetings that include free plumeria cutting raffles, vendors, with a large variety of potted plumeria as well as cuttings from common to exotic. There is an Annual fee of about $35 which includes an annual luau with a Hawaiian feast, entertainment, give aways and with members supplementing with pot luck foods. I highly recommend this organization. If you decide to join, be sure to say "hi!"

I pulled my original review because apparently I offended someone by suggesting that people who…read morelike plumeria are dorks. Maybe I made a few assumptions that aren't necessarily true. My logic was as follows: I am a dork and I usually find myself hanging out with other dorks doing dorky things. I hang out at the South Coast Plumeria Society meetings so I assumed that we, people who love plumeria enough to form a club and attend meetings about flowers, are dorks. If I was incorrect in my logic I apologize. However, if you love plumeria and you're cool you probably wouldn't have time to attend our club's meetings because they're on Sundays and you'd probably be busy doing cool things like watching football, recycling your trash, or teaching your dog how to shake. For the rest of us, this club is great. You get to meet local growers and everyone in the society is super nice and welcoming to new members. I do, however, stand by one of my original comments, if you like roses go to hell. Seriously, those meetings are on a Wednesday right past the fire next to the brimstone.

Staff first welcomed us in the court of angels (downstairs courtyard area) and greeted us with refreshing chill towelettes. Afterwards, we were given a mini tour of the lounge and dining area. It was Alice in Wonderland themed and the interior was super cute and most importantly, ACed. We got a prix fix dinner with 4 courses: Steak tartare (4/5): pretty good standard steak tartare! Shrimp (4/5): super flavorful. My friends got the lamb porterhouse which was 5/5 and super tender and flavorful without the gaminess. American wagyu ribeye (3/5): the steak itself was pretty tough and lean. I had some difficulty even cutting slices. Would definitely skip this one. Cheese plate (4/5): pretty standard cheese plate. Overall, really great experience! The food itself isn't mind blowing, but the atmosphere, staff, and good vibes made our experience at Disney! Also, the bathroom is super nice to check out (they have personal mouthwashes, floss, and a powder area).

While I think it's beyond pretentious to have a…read moremembership to be able to even make a reservation for a restaurant, the experience was something I enjoyed and one I am thankful for. Service coming in was very hospitable and the woman who greeted us and walked us into the dining room was welcoming and kind. From there, I did not note any other servers who were as attentive or personable as she was. Regarding food, it's prix fixe and options were extensive in my eyes since our party had a variety of allergies as well as picky eaters. Here is my ranking of what I ordered: Bread rolls: 7/10 doughy but good to hold you over Beef Tartare: 9/10 (Toast was dry and tough to cut through and even had one of our party using their hands trying to eat this dish but overall good flavor.) Lamb Porterhouse: 10/10 (Incredible flavor and cook on this. The only down side was how small this was because I wanted more with how delicious it was) American Wagyu Eye of Ribeye: 7.5/10 (I can make food like this better at home. Was extremely dry on its own and felt like I had to saw through this with my knife. Fava beans were bland and not my favorite component here either. Cheese Plate: 9/10 (Standard and they were very accommodating in switching out the bleu cheese for something else) Overall, the experience was something intriguing since not many people get the opportunity to do. They even had merchandise for purchase but didn't pull the trigger on that. If I were to be invited to return, I think I would go for the vibes with friends but not necessarily because I felt the food was phenomenal (The turkey leg is still so much better and unbeatable at the park). Also prices for drinks were also obnoxious but maybe that's to be expected in this park. Last thing to note for future diners, this place had majority of us freaking out over the dress code but the place seems lax on it since we saw people with disney merch on and mickey ears (which we were informed were absolutely not allowed in).

I have never been to a bar this bad. 1st, they were not set…read moreup when they were open and so I walked in and it was empty, no one at the bar, eventually we sat down and I was dancing having a good time, then I got a margarita, I am 99% sure they put yellow Gatorade in their margs, it was not good. Then I got a white claw, this part is my mistake I guess but I didn't know , but I went to step outside for a moment to get some fresh air and security came outside and aggressively SNATCHED my white claw and threw it away, I was stunned. He ended up feeling bad because I cried because I'm sensitive lol and gave me a new white claw but that whole thing was just uncalled for and crazy - a simple "hey you can't have that outside either throw it away or come back in" would have done fine. THEN, and yall; I was a little lit but not drunk drunk, I was talking to the bar tender we were chopping it up and having a good talk then this girl who I said I hi to thought I was hitting on her and I told her I was married to a man and then I asked her "did you think I was hitting on you" she dismissed me but then apparently she told the bar tender that I did something because I was ASKED TO LEAVE - I have never in my life written a review for anywhere and I also have never EVER been escorted out of a bar at all let alone for no valid reason. I wish it went better because love dancing and it's a place to dance near my house but i definitely will never be back and would NOT reccomend this bar to anyone ever.
