This step was missed. I had traveled. So, road dirt and bugs were on the front of the car. I left without checking the car, which they used to invite you to do. When I got home, I took pictures of the car so I could go back on a less busy day and have it cleaned. Monday, I came back and told the man checking cars in what happened on Sat. He said I would get an exterior car wash. Put my flashers on and proceed through the car wash. I did. Anthony, the manager, said I must pay $22 for the car wash, today. Refusing to look at the pictures I took on Sat of the dirt and bugs left on my car, after I paid for "The Works". His answer was that I could have changed the date on my photos. I don't know how to do that. He insisted I pay $22 today! In addition, I had already paid $24 on Sat and showed Anthony my receipt. Yes, I paid the $22 today, $46 total! What has happened to honest and good customer service? I've been coming here since it opened. I knew the faces of the previous owner and other managers and the cashier. They were so friendly. Smiling and saying hi to their regular customers. They liked their job. It's sad the kindness and friendliness isn't there any more.
