I met Maria who assisted me with the return. It was a very effortless process and she was so delightful! The return confirmation was emailed to me almost immediately and I was free from any financial obligation for that product. So, due to dismay, I was quick to check Kay Online (again) to search for a replacement piece. I set my eyes on a bangle quite similar to the last as it was also yellow gold. This time though - rather than 14k it was 10k and just a bit less in price than the last order. SOLD! Within less than a week the second order had arrived and was ready for pick up at the Newpark mall location (the same store I'd visited last time). As soon as I stepped in I was approached by Maria :) and was immediately greeted with a smile and an uplifting attitude.
