Over the course of 2-3 months, I visited him multiple times, asking for advice, having him look at diamonds I was eyeing, sending inspiration photos, and trying to figure out that what I wanted was basically a Frankenstein combination of multiple ring styles. Still, he entertained every idea I had. He told me more than once, "I don't want to take your money if you don't want what I'm giving you." That alone says a lot about how he runs his business. After all the planning, brainstorming, and back and forth, Richard and his team pulled it off. He helped me give my fiancée the ring of her dreams, something unique and special enough to match who she is.
