I live just within city limits so sometimes the delivery driver has to trek through the snow to get to my front door! He never complains and he's always very nice. The food is always consistent!

Simple menu written on a chalk board because it varies daily. The prices seem appropriate for a quality food truck and for the area as well. I was already debating the Philly or the shrimp poboy depending on what they had and it turned out to be the poboy. Order didn't take long and then my huge sandwich arrived. It came with a small bag of chips, but the sandwich itself is huge and loaded. The sandwich is on a soft hogie rather than the traditional french type of bread, but it's delicious and fresh . The shrimp (plump, perfectly cooked and plenty) is in a kind of dark cajun remoulade mixed with bacon and sauteed onions with multi colored bell peppers. Oh, and it has lettuce so you don't feel bad about eating it all in one sitting! :) Overall, I loved it! Bursting with flavor in every bite! Felt more like a Cajun shrimp Philly minus the cheese. Only if I was to be the one to name it of course! There is no such thing as a shrimp Philly though...yet! Oh, and ask for a fork or to have them cut it in half or you will be using way more napkins than necessary! ;-) Met Kevin, ones of the owners and he was very nice and easy to talk to. Nice place to stop if you are passing through or if you are a local, what are you waiting for!? For parking you can either park next-door at a closedown store or try and find street parking for Tuesday with the World Cup being on it was a little busy and the weather was so they had the sliding doors open and you could either choose to sit inside or outside on the patio. Since it was a nice light breezy 90° day most people chose to sit outside, so all the patio tables were taken. We were told we could sit anywhere and they brought us a menu as soon as we seated. Are we just walked away and brought us back two glasses and a big craft of water. She gave us a few minutes to look over the menu which I do appreciate. But when she came back, asked if we had any questions I asked her how big the kids tiny burger was she said it's like the size of a slider and it came with nothing on it, but you could add whatever you wanted. I ended up going with the tiny burger off of the kids menu adding mayonnaise, lettuce, onion, and the bacon marmalade. My coworker ordered the same and a shredding tots. Food came out in a respectable amount of time. It was hot and fresh. You can see right into the kitchen as it is an old food trailer that they have set up as the cooking area, which was really cool. The waitress was bringing out food for other patrons. We noticed the size of the burgers and we were glad that we got the tiny ones. first bite of the burger was absolutely fabulous. It was juicy just enough pink and the flavors with the bacon marmalade out of this world. I did try one of my coworkers shredding. They were fabulous also with just a hint of blue cheese mixed in with the potato. Definitely a must try and will be going back the next time. I am in town.

She gave me my coffee with cream in it however, it was overflowing and spilling all over. So I grabbed my own napkin from my car to wipe it off and it was still so full that it was spilling everywhere and she looked at me and asked "would you like a paper towel"? What I wanted to ask for was my dollar tip back for a $2.50 Coffee. It was terrible service. I should have just gone to my favorite coffee shop, which is double shot on Main Street.
