I'm really tempted to try some of the treats myself. I mean i asked the girl working if she had ever been tempted and she said that he had tried some of the treats and that they were good. Now my dog, he eats all sorts of weird crap and his dog food doesn't smell great so I dunno what that really says about his tastes. I mean he's a dog that likes to eat veggies. Maybe it was growing up in the suburbs that made him a veggie eating softy that will bite your face off if you piss him off. I dunno. I do know that the girl working, I didn't catch her name, was great she answered all of our stupid questions and put up with my lame jokes. The little, evil and kinda gay Toy Fox Terrier, named Spike that the treats were purchased for was one happy pup though. All dogs beg and mine is no different but I swear if he had thumbs he would hav opened the box himself and ate it all. We got a 6 item box for $15. Seemed like a pretty good deal for what we got and the little, evil, Toy Fox Terrier was happy. read more

Outstanding staff! I didn't even know this place existed until I got handed a free cupcake coupon during the art fair. After my dog and I went in, we've been fans since. Ive dealt with all the staff and they are always incredibly helpful and polite. I love Moose the giant black lab!!! What a cool dog! The shop is spotless, smells great, and the prices are well in line for anything in Pasadena to be honest. I should note that my dog has loved everything I've gotten here. In fact, she loves this place so much that everytime we walk down Colorado Blvd., she tries to yank me down the alleyway where the shop is. This store is sooo adorable it is small but cute! It's pretty pricey but still good! Customer service is great I have never had a problem except once when i went to pick up my dogs cake they didn't have it ready luckily they had a blank cake and my fur kid was able to have his bday cake! Their events are great As well my fav being Halloween, we been there the past 3 years and won twice! Hopefully we can win next year me and my pups looks forward to this event!! read more

Love this place! My baby Chuey loves it too. All his favorite toys come from The Dog Bakery and I always get his food and treats from here as well. They always have new and fun things for me to get my baby. They just held the Growl-o-ween doggy costume contest. It's adorable and so much fun. Everyone gets to hangout with their dogs and friends. I love Three Dog!! I'm so picky as to what my dog can eat and when he gets a treat, we love to treat him to the great stuff at Three Dog Bakery! The people here are so nice, always letting my pup sample some of the stuff before we buy it (boy, does he love the little yogurt topping!). We also bought my pup's awesome tag here (although, it's not a Three Dog brand). It's just so much fun when we bring him here! My lack of a star definitely goes to the fact that I can't stand the parking and crowds of Old Town. Luckily we do live close enough that we can go on a (long) walk to get here, but on other days... well, parking's such a nag! read more

I spoil my dog....errrr my loves dog. i first heard about this place from him when the former dog bakery I would get treats from closed. i looked it up online and it looked very promising a lot of variety. but when I got there half of them weren't in store and online only or discontinued. But it was still ok. the cashier was very helpful in picking some things out and they have really good deals. They also will customize certain treats with your pets name on it or little cakes which I thought was really cute.For our dogs birthday I filled a medium sized basket for a amazingly reasonable price. And if you get a stamp card and fill it up you get 5 dollars worth of goodies. but their everyday prices are still reasonable.They also have little doggy get together, which will be fun! Believe it or not, I love Three Dog Bakery for the "Pity the Kitty" Alaskan Salmon cat treats. My little princess loves them. I just wish they kept the treats in stock on a more regular basis. I appreciate having a specialty pet bakery within walking distance and it gives me the opportunity to buy tasty personalized presents for my friends' dogs. This makes me very popular. I forgot how I found this bakery, but it is a favorite! EVERY year since we got our Rocky, we get him a B*Day cake w his name on it :) We get him the 6 in (?) Carob cake and he LOVES it! He tried the Peanut Butter one time but didn't like it :( I think it was too dry or hard to chew? But the carob one is excellent. It needs to be refrigerated. I noticed he eats it better if we cut it in tiny pieces. I also get him snacks when it is not his b*day. They have little bones, hearts, covered in carob. For my pomeranian's second birthday, I decided to order a birthday cake for him. I went with the peanut cake and he couldn't get enough of it. My dog is very spoiled (as i'm sure every single reviewer's is, I mean come on we went to a dog bakery for our pets lol) so he wont eat just any dog treat. Beggin bits, dingo meat in the middle bones, none of those things cut it for him so I was extra nervous thinking about if he would like his birthday cake or if I would have to throw it away like almost everything else. I also purchased a few treats, one of them was rib flavored and the other was beefy cheese flavored. To my utter joy and bewilderment, Sasha (my dog) loved all of it! He had his birthday cake and tried out both the treats and didn't leave a bite to spare. Then he looked at me, asking me for more cake with his puppy dog eyes but I told him he had to wait until breakfast. This dog bakery was adorable and definitely caters to the needs of an unusual market, which was very much appreciated. My dog finished the cake in about 4 days and I know he enjoyed every last bite. I even bought him a little blue birthday hat from here (he couldn't stand to wear it, but it was really cute lol ) Will definitely return for dog treats and for Sasha's next birthday bash. read more

very nice and friendly, with quality products! my groupon brought me to this place, on the day of my dog's one year adoption anniversary! :0) so i decided it was a day to treat her (even though she's already a bit spoiled...all 70 lbs of her lab/pit self)! i was surprised when i walked in to see it was not just a bakery but also a small boutique. they make their own dog food, sell toys, collars and leashes, shampoos, etc. they've got quality products that i have come to recognize over time. i ended up getting lots of bags of treats of various flavors: blueberry & yogurt, apple & oatmeal, PB&J, cheese. the guy working there was kind enough to tell me about deals, such as buy 3 bags get one free. i also ended up picking a few baked good from their display case: the labrador loaf and the pupcake. they look just like "human food." my dog was so happy, these treats are made with excellent ingredients, and i will probably be a return customer. read more

Love this shop. I spoil my mom's dogs, and they love all sorts of things here. The cashier, Mackenzie, was really helpful and gave me some great info on giving rawhides to puppies. I also got a small bag of an all-natural dry food, because my mom's two havanese are really picky and don't like most major brands, and they ended up loving this stuff. I went to this cute bakery yesterday and picked up a rib cookie for each of my puppies and they loved the cookie but in the middle of the night one puppy vomited 4 times and the other had projectile diarrhea twice. The cookies may be cute but not worth the all night clean up and upset tummies of my poor puppies. read more

Beware, no returns, credit only --I bought a gift for somebody, wrong item that was 3x the price of the correct item....I had to go back twice for them to figure out how to do the exchange/"return", additionally irritated by the fact that they only put their return policy on the reciept AFTER you buy...no signs in store with policy that they are credit only returns....they ended up giving me my return however ( a manager did), the night before, owner did not give me the correct reciept at purchase which made things more difficult. I had a poor first experience. Its close to my home, I might go back, still a little irritated at the 40 minutes I wasted on what should have been a simple exchange. It's a cute shop, you need to be pretty wealthy to shop here on a regular basis. read more
