So I've gotta hand it to the geo-targeted social media marketing. I just had to figure out what a duffeyroll was right before I left Colorado. It's not just different flavored cinnamon rolls... the dough is croissant dough. It's a solid idea overall as it pairs with both the sweet and savory flavors. Anyways it's a pretty solid little place and being able to eat outdoors is a nice touch. Worth the visit.

A MAY ZING!! Great staff! great attitudes and atmosphere! My first time ever trying these and they did not disappoint! I LOVED the savory ones but the strawberry one had to be my favorite! Fresh all around! Yall need to come by and try!

Always delicious and these were a fantastic favorite for Thanksgiving this year. Got lucky and made it into before they closed. An hour prior to close is happy hour 1/2 price so we definitely appreciated the discount and grabbed extras for gifts. The manager was so friendly and helpful and didn't miss a beat on such a busy afternoon before the holiday, thank you for your kindness!

Such a cute, cozy little place. The pastries were hot, fresh, and so good. we tried four different kinds and loved them all. You can really tell they bake everything fresh every day. The coffee was great too, and the place was nice and quiet, perfect for a relaxed morning. Definitely worth a stop!

I just recently came upon this little gem of a bakery cafe on Pearl St - what a fun discovery! Duffeyroll Pushcarts started 35 years ago in Denver by friends Jim Duffey & Nick Ault with a "one-of-a-kind cinnamon roll". The rolls are crispy crunchy on the outside & soft inside. After a year just Nick continued the business, expanding the menu & locations. All customers were greeted as they walked in, the staff was very friendly. The cafe was charming, with brick walls & wood floors. Hundreds of selfies covered the place & jazz music was playing in the background. I liked the circular bar that overlooked the bakers so you can watch them make the rolls. Not only do they offer sweet, savory & cobbler Duffeyrolls but breakfast and lunch sandwiches as well. We had the English Toffee, Sticky Bun & the Veggie Savory Rolls. The rolls tend to be on the smaller side, so you might need two. The English Toffee Roll had a subtle flavor of toffee glaze & toffee bits, while the Sticky Bun Roll had that delicious sweet tasting stickiness with lots of pecan pieces. The Veggie Savory Roll came with spinach, tomato & Provolone Cheese...absolutely delightful! Note: take the paper cup off that's around the rolls right away, the paper tends to stick. They have bake at home & mini rolls too! These scrumptious Duffeyrolls are truly special!

This a nice quaint little place. And is awesome if you're a 40 year old that wears your cap backwards. The rolls are called "cinnamon rolls" because they have cinnamon and are rolled dough.. however, that is where it ends. The rolls are sub par at best and probably Just one level above the Pillsbury roll from the grocery store. The mini roll we had was cold, raw and a little hard on the edges. Trust me if you want a cinnamon roll this is not the place to be. Do yourself a favor and go to Lisa Anne's in Eastlake. Ok let's get to the sandwich. If your lazy and don't want to make a sandwich...we'll walk on in to this place. These sandwiches are nothing special and and not memorable at all. A disappointing visit however I am glad I went to experience this place ONCE and once is all it will take for most not to come back. Positive: staff is nice and very courteous. And that does go a long way and probably why people come back here. Because there is no way it's for the food

Wow, can't believe I've been in Denver for two years and just realized I had a Duffeyroll Cafe less than 8 minutes away! I went at 8am on a Sunday and waited about 10 minutes in line, which gave me a chance to come up with my "game plan." There are lots of flavors to choose from, which is both good and bad. I wish they had a preselected "favorites" box for indecisive first time customers such as myself! I ended up going with a box of 6- two classic Duffeyrolls, two savory, one Irish crème, and one peach cobbler. The classic rolls were delicious and I'm glad I got two because one was immediately snatched by my toddler. The savory rolls were also amazing; I loved the ham and cheese one with mustard but my husband felt that the bacon one would have been better without the tomatoes (I am a tomato lover so I respectfully disagree). The Irish crème one was also pretty good, of the tiny piece my toddler didn't claim. The only one I felt meh about was the peach cobbler. It was kind of mushy/partially cooked on the bottom rather than crisp and flaky like the other Duffeyrolls. Overall, solid place for a nice treat. The box of 6 was about $17, so definitely not an everyday kind of thing but it fed 2 adults and a 3 year old and was very tasty!

I picked up a cupcake and a few croissants to enjoy with my morning coffee the next day. Well...that was the plan. My husband couldn't resist and ate one of my pastries before I had the chance! Of course, I had to replace it. The cupcake was absolutely delicious; moist, flavorful, and not overly sweet. The croissants, chocolate and almond; were equally impressive and paired perfectly with my morning coffee. They were buttery, flaky, and exactly what you hope for from a good bakery. Whether you're stopping in for breakfast, lunch, or just something sweet, Izzio Bakery is definitely worth a visit. I'll be back to try more of the menu, and next time, I'll be keeping a closer eye on my pastries!

I ended up getting quiche for myself, pepperoni pizza for my wife as well as a plain croissant, chocolate pistachio croissant and maple cinnamon bun. The quiche was just okay in my opinion but everything else was stand out. My wife loved the pizza and the homemade ranch is AMAZING. The chocolate pistachio croissant was tasty, very flakey. The cinnamon bun was also very good but the frosting was a bit sweeter for my taste. A must visit if you're considering a solid bakery!

GetRight's Bakery doesn't need more hype, but it absolutely lives up to it…read more My girlfriend and I stopped in on a whim this past weekend while checking out a few spots in the area. I had it saved but couldn't quite remember why...until we turned the corner and saw a line out the door around noon on a Sunday. Normally that might be a dealbreaker, but once we saw the food coming out, we were all in, it looked way too good to pass up. The menu is stacked: everything from sweet pastries to savory sandwiches and even pizzas on what looked like fresh, fluffy focaccia. I went with the prosciutto sandwich (prosciutto, cheese, pesto on focaccia), and it was incredible--simple, fresh, and packed with flavor. My girlfriend had the ham sandwich on a baguette, which was just as good. We were also tempted by the turkey and some seasonal options, so we'll definitely be back to try more. We couldn't leave without grabbing a couple pastries. The almond croissant was a hit (my girlfriend saved it for the next morning and loved it), and the standout for me was the cinnamon white chocolate cookie--kind of like a snickerdoodle but with white chocolate chips. Easily a top tier cookie. Between the quality, variety, and how clearly everything is made with care, this place jumped straight to the top of my list. Worth the wait, worth the hype, and absolutely worth a return trip.

The fruits sandwich made with shokupan bread was light and fresh, an excellent pick-me-up. This is a standard Japanese snack done beautifully. The mixed berries (a Danish made with croissant dough) was a delight in looks and taste. Neither item was excessively sweet. They were just right. The beef curry wrapped in dough, crusted in panko crumbs, and deep-fried was excellent. The curry itself had real flavor and zest, and the surrounding crust was delicious too. Not only a great accompaniment, but also a very cool way to eat curry with your bare hands. A very generous serving too. My brother got the most beautiful-looking chocolate croissant! And my son bought himself a chocolate cornet, which surprised me by being soft baked dough. Haven't tasted them, but I couldn't wait to post this review. I look forward to trying something with cream cheese or custard next time. Unfortunately they were out of the bacon epi, but that happens with bakeries. Good advice to call the day before if your heart is set on a particular item. We were just lucky to get the rest of the items on our list on a Saturday at lunchtime. We've dined inside before, but yesterday we stopped in to pick up pastries and were reminded why this is one of our favorite bakeries in Denver. The croissants are incredibly flaky and buttery with the perfect ratio of ham and Swiss, the blueberry muffin was moist without being overly sweet, and the éclair disappeared embarrassingly fast.
