After having attended multiple casino parties provided by this company I hired them for a party and was extremely happy with their service. Dealers were friendly and professional and very helpful teaching guests how to play the games. I hired them for 3 hours of game play but we were having so much fun I asked them to stay another hour. Out of 7 dealers only 1 wasn't able to stay. I don't understand some of the reviews I've read because this company was stellar from start to finish. I would NOT recommend this business at all. We booked for a company party and one of the dealers just didn't show up. No call, no communications just a no show! The table I paid for was never worked and it made the other tables over crowded and not enjoyable. I tried calling that evening to see what was going on and no one would answer. The other dealers also tried to call and they wouldn't even answer them. I have made several attempts to get a refund and I only asked for refund if the one table and got a complete run around and promise of call backs that was never received. This has been since January. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company for an event. We hired them for a 3-hour casino night event, and the experience was incredibly unprofessional from start to finish. First, the team arrived late, which immediately cut into the time we paid for. Because of their delay, our event only had about two hours of actual casino play instead of the full three hours we paid for. We also paid for eight dealers, but only five showed up. This left several tables understaffed and created unnecessary wait times for our guests. To make matters worse, one of the dealers didn't even know how to run the roulette table and had to be taught by guests at our party. That alone shows a serious lack of training and professionalism. The event coordination was also extremely disorganized. At one point the host left the event to go get raffle tickets, which should have been prepared before the event even started. On top of that, we never received the petty cash that was supposed to be included as part of the setup. After the event, we attempted multiple times to speak with a manager about a partial refund given the late arrival, missing dealers, and services we paid for but never received. Instead, we were given the runaround with no accountability or resolution. For the amount of money charged, this level of service is unacceptable. The experience felt extremely misleading and poorly managed. If someone from management would like to finally address these issues and provide a fair resolution, I would be happy to update this review to reflect that. Do not use E Casino events under any circumstances! I was told they do not show for events on a regular basis. I was in a bind so I booked them for our Christmas party I told them they could set up for the event at 4pm because the room was rented for a party prior. They showed up 11am and were told the room was being used for another event. The venue offered for them to store the equipment until the current event was over. They declined and said they would be back. I called them @ 5pm asking where they were as the event started@ 7pm . They answered once and never again . We hired this company for a holiday party. Over a dozen slot machines and tables. They never fully set up and our staff had to finish setting up the tables. Once the event had started, half the dealers hadn't shown up. It took months for us to get someone on the phone about a reimbursement. They asked to set up a repayment plan, which we accepted...but nearly 9 months after the event we have had zero payments and are being ghosted. Do NOT hire this company. read more

We hired them for our Christmas party last year and they showed up late after me calling them every hour all day long. They lied to me all day long, changing their story every time I called. Only a few dealers showed up and they were in pajamas and sweatpants. When the tables were delivered (while we were already eating dinner), they didn't have the tables that we ordered. After the event was over and I called for explanation all I got was excuses, and no remorse for the fact that ruined our Christmas party. They offered to refund one table but never followed through. I've been working with this company for over a year and for the most part, they are a great company. The management is nice and pleasant to work with, they don't require you to be on site more than 30mins before an event, they have lots of events during the year: even during off-peak season, the pay is fair and reasonable and you are not penalized for not accepting a job that's out of your work/drive radius. The only issue I've seen would be with on time/site pay but they've taken care of that with a new direct deposit system and before that, you always got your money, either at next event worked or cashapp, venmo, etc. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for some steady side gig pay. read more

Super fun! I was at a conference last week and they brought this group in for a casino night. We had craps, roulette, Texas hold 'em and blackjack. I only went to the last two tables but the dealers were very friendly and able to explain how to play. They were very personable and made the games fun even if you're not winning. read more

The company did not show up until 15 minutes after the casino night was scheduled and it was 30 minutes into the event before they were ready. The lady gave me a bogus reason and said she would call me Monday following the party. She did not, I emailed and requested partial credit and they did not reply. Also the Craps table was so shaky they were concerned it would fall during the party. The people in charge of that talked about it the whole night. I have thrown many casino parties over the years and have never had this occur, find another more responsible organization to handle your party. read more

**update*** the owner seemed to have lied about the refund. it has now been 10 days since she contacted and now I can't get anyone to return phone calls or emails. She stated we would get a call in 48hrs but it's been 240hrs so far! (12.18.24) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They did great at the initial order placement. However They were suppose to have the 4 casino tables delivered prior to 5:30p bc our event was at 7p. They did not call me until 5p to tell me the tables would not arrive until 7p. They did not arrive and start getting set up until 710, could not play on them until 735. Then at 945 the craps table dealer just stopped dealing. walked away from table because he didn't have enough chips. then said he wasn't dealing anymore bc he was told to end at 945. but the event was over at 10 but since the tables didn't arrive on time we prolonged our gaming. So because he did not want to deal and ended the game early, even though he was told by the people in the casino office that he would get paid and to keep dealing, he wouldn't for at least 30 min. By that time my crew was done with the table bc well he really killed the vibe. we couldn't even hand out proper prizes because it wasn't a fair winner bc he just stopped play. so instead of 7-10 play time we got 735-945. TOTAL BS. Send your dealers with the accurate amount of chips and inform them of changes so that they don't cause unnecessary issues at an event. We couldn't get our usual casino games company because they were booked, so we took a chance on E Casino for our company Christmas party last year. BIG mistake! They didn't show up. Paid in full. Called the phone number for issues, left a message, never called me back. Called the next day and no answer. Left a nasty note on their facebook page and they finally contacted me. Told me of some accident they had at the stop before ours. OK, why not call me to let me know what was going on!! Said they would give us a refund and a free certificate for our next party. This was the end of December last year. Refund in 10 days. Never received. I have called several times and get the usual, ok I'll have Elaine call you back. Damaged and old equipment, much of the staff were no-shows, damaged walls during setup. Owner tied up in several lawsuits, will hold on to money once deposited even when canceling events. VERY shady organization, please RUN from them and try other local alternatives with integrity. read more

Worst Casino rentals. For starters communication is very horrible, they never get back with you on time. Mary was my point of contact and she was just the worst and always giving me the run around. Come to find out two weeks prior to the Dallas Hispanic Firefighters Association Christmas Party Event, they inform me that Mary is no longer working with them. So they had no idea what was going on with our contract. They show up to the event unorganized so our fireman had to help with the unloading and setting up of the casino tables. Not to mention the casino tables are old, ripped, smelled horrible like they have been stored away in a smoke warehouse, just a horrible presentation overall. This event was a 2 day event and the second day of our event, no one bothers to call us or give us a heads up about two employees calling in sick. They company did not send replacements nor did they want to refund our money for the 2 tables that were not used one of the nights their workers called in. They will not answer my phone calls anymore nor did they want to help or even try to fix this issue. Given the circumstances that this was a HUGE event for the Dallas Firefighters!! Do not use this company. Would give zero stars if it was an option. Dealers showed up 30 minutes late, the truck with the tables, chips, cards etc, never showed up. They asked for full payment prior to the event. This is because they take your payment but do not show, then they will not answer calls, text, email or any form of communication. I wouldn't recommend to anyone every. First they send a Nice old lady in her 70's by herself to unload all the equipment. I ended up having to unload and carry all tables and chairs. The Black Jack Dealer was not fully trained on rules and how to deal. Again she was a nice lady as well. The Poker Dealer never showed up. No one showed up for 2 days to pick up equipment. So again I had to gather all equipment and place outside due to Airbnb rental check out. And now they are trying to say no reimbursement because of stairs in the house. What does stairs have to due with anything when your people didn't use them. I did all the work. We were at least expecting reimbursement for not being able to play poker and was denied that. This was a horrible experience. We requested 10 poker tables and 3 additional items for a graduating senior class after prom party. This company had been used for prior years by our parent led org. The day prior to and of the even I received no communication from the company, after numerous attempts. One person showed up about an hour and 1/2 prior to the start of our event to setup everything himself. Parents had to assist to ensure everything was ready for students. Dealers didn't start showing until 15 minutes to start and straggled in until 10 minutes after. Then we realized we were short 2 dealers so the students could only play on 8 of the tables instead of the 10 we paid for. Additionally, we didn't recieve the other 3 items we paid for that were side items for the students to use. I called on Monday, was assured a phone call by Wednesday as they had a "round table" on Tuesday. I never received a call. I've emailed, which they will respond to with "were reviewing the account" and "we'll have a resolution by end of day Friday", and "that we close at 11:00 pm". I still haven't received a call back nor an email today. This is very disappointing as this program is devised for graduating seniors and every penny we work to make goes directly back to the seniors, so basically, they've stolen from the kids.
