The price he quoted me was a great price. But this is a like mom and pop shop. The community shop. I met with Sean the service took less than an hour. They offer me water or soda which I thought was a nice jester. I said no thanks since I brought my own water and snacks. He check my air pressure and straighten my mirror. That' was for free that is what I am talking about. It's the small gestures that make a place stand out for. Come to find out 2 brothers Sean and Shane. This is my new shop like I said great prices. Close to where I leave if I need anything done on the bike. This is my only spot I am taking my bike. Talk with any one of them they will take care of you and once again they will beat the bigger dealerships prices. It's worth the ride for price. I use to ride to wheels n motion in chatsworth not any more. They earn my business and I be telling all my friends and anyone I meet from now on this is the spot to go to in the valley. I've had a lot of bad luck as of late with shops that make me feel like I am asking a huge favor of them to repair my bike, rather than a customer. But these two brothers, who seem to work together very efficiently and lovingly, (I dont know that I could work every day with my brothers and not bonk heads) were both ultra communicative, fast and helpful. The only downside is that I'm just learning about them now. This isnt an upstart shop. Its been there for 20 years! Wish I'd known about them sooner, rather than taking my bike to grumpy biker places which made me feel like I was doing something wrong by asking to get my bike serviced, or charging me ridiculous prices to have the bike sit for days/weeks on end. I hope these guys are here for another 20 years, because I'll bring my bike(s) back here every time now!

He also took the time to check other critical components that would improve the performance of my bike and increase its longevity. Tony even fixed the pesky mirror that I have had to tighten umpteen times over the last few months. While the work was being done over the course of 1.5 hours, I got a valuable education on all things Vespa, most of which I had not heard before. Tony is reliable, on-time, professional, courteous, friendly and extremely knowledgeable given that he grew up riding and working on bikes. While other mechanics I have worked with charge a little bit less, Tony delivers a lot of value at a fair price and you feel like you have a reliable and honest mechanic for life no matter what issue arises. I have been taking my bikes to Marcelo long since he moved from Burbank - for years…read more I own four bikes, (BMW R1150GSA, Honda XR650R, Honda CB1100F, Honda CB400F) and as you can see everything from dirt bikes, to the BMW GS to the older Honda stuff and I primarily go to Marcelo. He is the ONLY guy in LA that knows how to tune the tricky and one-year make, Honda CB1100F. Furthermore, he is the ONLY guy I will let touch my CB1100F or my CB400F. I also will not hesitate to bring in my BMW for anything. He is honest, hard working and does not beat around the bush. His shop isnt flashy, with couches and waiting rooms and the like. He just knows how to fix bikes and he does it for a better price than any I have found and best of all he is honest. If you dont need work done, he will tell you. I was out in the valley one time, I realized I was really low on oil so I swung into his shop and topped me off and refused to take money.... he's just a good guy. I hate to hear anyone say bad things about Marcelo, he is a good guy and he runs a good shop.

They also work pretty fast so you don't have to wait too much to get your bike back, which I really appreciate because I work with my scooter so if it's not working I can't make money. I had a major emergency recently and had to have a few pieces replaced. One of the pieces wasn't available in the online store and would have taken a month+ to arrive. They offered me a solution with a slightly used replacement piece that they happened to have on hands, explained everything very clearly so I knew all the details and I took the deal. I got my bike back the next day and was extremely happy that they could do that for me. You can be sure that they will do all they can to accommodate you and make it work with what you need.
