This is the entree labeled F2 on the menu. Mild Singapore stir fried noodles and shrimp, with the house made white sauce.

I love Eastern Noodle! I go to the nearby college do it's a nice place to pop in at lunch. For a cheap lunch I usually get the egg drop soup with Crab Rangoon or Stuffed Shrimp, but if I have the money I get the F2, which is the Singapore style noodles and shrimp. The owners are both from Hong Kong and are super duper sweet. Charlie cooks in the back and his wife Ruby runs the front. If you come in often like I do they remember your order. I know one of the reviews said it was bland...some of the dishes are but I know with the noodles I get you can ask for them without spices or ask for it to be mild or very spicy. The first time I didn't specify and they were very spicy- granted I have very sensitive taste buds but I always ask for it to be mildly spiced. Overall it's a great space with unique food. The atmosphere is nice during the lunch rush but kind of awkward if you're there alone. I definitely recommend it!

First I have I was hoping it was a good sign that the place was so busy for a early Wednesday 4:30 evening. The service was fast and friendly. The establishment was clean and most if not customers were there for takeout. So, let's talk about the meal. The dishes themselves (QT size) were enormous so nice value We were both surprised that the Vegetable Lo Mein had almost no vegetables. Nice that what Vegetable were there were snow peas and broccoli but the amount there made it look like an afterthought. The dish itself had very little flavor so not a great dish. I can cover both the General Tso and Orange Chicken in the same paragraph. Pro tip on both and maybe all their dishes. There were zero vegetables in the dish, it was all fried Chicken with the correct sauce. On the plus side if you want nothing but heavily breaded fired chicken, both of these dishes will be right up your ally. From a value perspective this great, but if you want a normal Chinese dish that includes vegetables, you must order and pay for it separately. I also recommend you order extra sauce. There was plenty of leftovers that we could have eaten for the next day or two, but neither one of us were happy enough with the dishes so we tossed out the rest.

The edamame seemed as though it had been cooked earlier and simply reheated before being served. The sushi rolls appeared hastily assembled, and the avocado was overly mushy. The spicy tuna roll was unusual, consisting of plain tuna with sriracha drizzled on top rather than a traditional spicy tuna mixture. The California roll was generic and forgettable. The Philly roll was the best item we tried, but the smoked salmon tasted as though it may not have been at its freshest. Service was acceptable--nothing particularly bad, but nothing that stood out either. Overall, the experience did not live up to expectations, and there are better sushi options available for the price.

Unfortunately NOBODY came to take any order for almost 20 minutes and this was after we alerted the host. Overall the food was great, but the service was so bad. The server blamed it on the kitchen, but the place was not busy when we arrived and maybe the kitchen would not be backed up if the servers took care of their tables in a timely manner. Never going back.

These rolls were one of my favorite parts of my whole meal. I would order them every single time. I appreciate the freshness of each of the dishes. The vegetables are just over el dente. So much flavor in every single bite! The chicken larb was well seasoned. It came out on lettuce instead of the menu mentioned cabbage but it made it more of a salad. I didn't mind because it tasted wonderful. The spice level here is to be respected. I went with a 3 on all of my dishes and it was plenty hot. The server also brought us a spice tray which had 3 different items to choose from. I added some of the Thai chili sauce with fish oil. Deep and funky it adds another layer to an already delicious dish. Service was friendly. This place gets busy and food sometimes comes out a little slow. Be patient and respect the process. Then we ordered two heaping portions of sushi and a beef udon dish. We finished up with ice cream and a donut each. It was $207 worth of food (we calculated) that we ate for under $100 before tip for the three of us. Definitely worth it. The food was generally quality and delicious. The specialty rolls were particularly good. We loved being able to order the individual nigiri. Regularly, these go for a few dollars for 2, but in this case we could just order whatever we wanted. The eel was our favorite nigiri and the dragon rolls were our favorite sushi rolls. We enjoyed mixing the donut into the vanilla ice cream for a hot and cold dessert. Lunch would be an excellent choice if we get a chance as it's significantly less expensive for what, at first glance, looks like the same menu. We'll definitely come back, and soon!
