On 7/30/25 I looked this place up on Yelp the reviews were good. I ordered shrimp fried rice 2 spring rolls. The spring rolls were dark in color soaked with old grease and cold the shrimp fried rice was plain but hot. I returned and requested fresh spring roll the Chinese lady behind the counter just hand me $3.25 which tax wasn't added. These people are rude and act as if the customers are a bother. NEVER. If you provided a MINUS 5 rating for this establishment I would choose it! I went to this site and decided what to order: Hot & Sour Soup; Chinese Steak rolls & Shrimp Lo Mein and when I got to the restaurant they had jacked the prices up on each item. When I showed the two owners their prices on their Yelp they said "old prices!" So I responded, "I won't be back!" I hope everyone knows what to expect! My husband ate there at lunch yesterday and hated the rice but loved everything else so tonight he brings home some for me. We got chicken on stick which was excellent, egg rolls that were average, and egg drop soup that I won't feed to my dog. Yesterday my husband got egg drop soup that was amazing but that's not what he brought home tonight. Yesterday's tasted fresh, the broth was clear, the eggs white, like it's suppose to be. Tonight's the broth was cloudy, the eggs where green, and it tasted like metal. Mind you we still have some left over from yesterday that still looks and taste good so I don't know where in the heck they went wrong today. I took a picture of both together. The little container is from yesterday and the large today. I'm not sure I'll go back again. I'm going to have to think on it because I also cut up some leftover sweet and sour chicken my husband had from yesterday for my cat and some of the chicken was only half cooked. read more

They get two stars mainly because my order was ready fast. All I can say about the food was it was edible.

Very good family run Chinese-American restaurant- very typical of many- primarily to-go but they do have limited seating for eat in. I usually get the General Tso chicken combo and ask for spicy. This tiny shop has OK Chinese-American food. They offer a Philly cheese stake egg roll! It has to be experienced to believe it. There is the usual fare: stir fry vegetables with pork, chicken, shrimp, beef and such. So I went in unbiased... and I'm glad I did! Ignore the miserable lady that works there, because the gentlemen that work in the back that cooked my food---Brilliant. J had General Tso's Chicken, and it was spicy and delicious and the portion was massive for the price. My Mei Fun was fresh, and delicious! The shrimp was delightfully cooked and may I just say... Ordered beef lomein with no vegetables which is a standard safe fool proof purchase when using a Chinese restaurant that you've never been to before. I didn't have a problem with finishing this dish but I think its fair to report that I had to use all of the available sauces that they dropped in the bag along with the chopsticks. Wok N Roll doesn't use the traditional lomein noodle but instead uses a noodle which was much thinner which made the texture of the dish "Different." The sauce was very dark and virtually tasteless but improved somewhat after adding 3 or 4 soy sauce packets and some duck sauce. Not a total waste of money, but I wouldn't order from here again. read more

My husband and I have been coming here for years on end, he has since before we even met. True, the customer service might not be the most cheerful or personal, like some larger places. They serve out so much food so quickly, and those who take the orders are in fact the same cooks who rush from the back to greet you and take down what you want. So when considering that they stop cooking other orders to write yours down.. it kind of makes sense they'd be in a hurry to get back to the kitchen before the food burns. :) The serving sizes are large and the prices seem fair for what you get. Wee adore the sesame chicken lunch and dinner specials, the sizes when you order then are larger than the non-specials. I enjoy it so much that when I moved across the USA to the west coast we found ourselves missing Wok N Roll's food and were struggling to find a replacement there.. only to find that none quite matched up to what we had learned to love. In brief.. you get what you pay for, don't expect high-end food and service from a small family-ran store that hurries to fill the constant flow of orders with only 2-3 people cooking, serving, cleaning, answering phones and taking orders. TERRIBLE!!! I have ordered from here many times catering for my staff at work. I heard from many people and my associates that service was bad, I actually had some no so good experience. But last time was ridiculous, I called to order something just for me. The man on the phone asked regular or large, I didn't know the difference so I said large. When I came order was not done, which defeated the purpose to call in, then I realized large came with white rice and I wanted to fried rice, so I made the request since it was done, so the cashier tell the man (cook) who starts yelling that I said large on the phone, banging and slamming things. I was furious, but I didn't waste my time with such disrespectful individual, but instead I have told everyone I can and off course I don't ever order from here ever again. There is another of same name just couple miles down and the difference is day and night, great service!! If someone is over that man, I will do something before put you out of business...
