Had he.....he likley would have realized the family he was talking to. He didn't know who he was talking to as we are a very big family in the area and have a long history with his place. He has likely lost about 50 family members in one fatal swoop, Hes lost our families businesses ever ordering from him again. After his behavior and lack of interest in fixing anything and him allowing his business to faulter at the expense of his customers I suspect he will continue to lose more and more each day.
