We stopped at this restaurant today. It looks a bit rustic from the outside Augusta, Rd, but don't let that stop you! We got to meet Cheryl and she cooked our fabulous food. You were so glad we got in there when we did as people came after us and a lot of new people once we got our meal we shared how fantastic everything was the chicken the Ruchi sauce fabulous bacon Cheryl was fantastic explaining things to us and the music was spectacular. read more

Beyond pathetic restaurant. I've given the Anderson location more than enough attempts but the ownership is just horrible. Website barely works. Phone service is awful and is difficult to get your order correct with that dumb automated AI you use. Service is horribly slow every time I come, I show up at order ready time, which is 45 mins after ordering (insane to begin with) and food still takes 10-15 mins easily. Now we get a 20% off coupon in email so I figured why not ill give your sorry location one more try. The coupon does not work, and to boot, you clowns have started charging an automatic gratuity of 20+% on all orders online!!! WHAT A PATHETIC JOKE!!! Can't even get extra toppings, owner says he can't figure out how to price extra bacon. Yet you can figure out how to price bacon on a potato to begin with. The low level IQ management is going to ruin this place. I'll never be back and I will tell everyone how horrible it is. read more

We were driving by debating where to eat when i saw the smoker smokin! When we didn't agree on anything else we came back to try Cheryl's. They do have other menu items besides potato boats but my wife and i both got a potato boat. She loved hers and made two meals from it. I got the pulled pork boat and it was delicious! I ate the whole thing. When i come back i want to try the wings. They are short staffed so i think two people run the operation. You order and pay at a kiosk. Once they saw our order both workers came out to check on us and helped us find the tea. There is indoor seating. It is an old and spartan place but it seemed clean to me. The food came out hot in a reasonable amount of time. There is not a lot of parking but the dining room is also small. I bet they do a lot of takeout orders. It cost us about $45 for two boats with drinks. read more

First I want to say how delicious our potato boats were. I visited the Anderson location on 4/15/26 and let me tell you I did not mind the wait. When I got home our potatoes were still piping hot. Mrs. Cheryl was alone in the restaurant that day and she held it down. Not only was she friendly but entertaining. Mrs. Cheryl my husband wanted me to tell you that your BBQ sauce was very good and now he is interested in tasting Mr. Cheryl's sauce. Needless to say we will be back. Food is really good and the portions are huge. ONLY dissapointment was they sneak an automatic gratuity of 18% to your order when you order online (cktogo.com) and still ask for a tip. I dont mind tipping but it shouldn't be mandatory. read more

Good wings, I liked the little bit of spice on the Nashville hot but I wish the wings were bigger. Great baked potato loaded with all the flavors of home. Also, there was an issue with my order (don't use Grubhub here) but the owner fixed the issue right away so no harm no foul. I will be back to try the sweet potato next time. read more

Build your own potato boat!!! Amazing worth every cent! Wow y'all gotta try, I also got the jerk wings very good. There is a wait with the build your own but not to long they got all the fixins.
