The techs (I wish I could remember their names!) were so easy to talk to, it honestly made me forget why I was there in the first place. Once I got back, I was given a weighted blanket and a comfy neck pillow, and I even got to choose something to watch on the TV while I was laid back. At one point I joked that it felt like a pediatric dentist because it was so cozy, especially with the TV on the ceiling. Dr. Modkins took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel rushed, which is something I've experienced at larger chain offices. The nerd in me loved all the newer technology and the digital scanning of my teeth. I really appreciated being walked through all my options, including what she personally would do, without feeling pressured into anything. They also provided a full cost breakdown before starting, so there were no surprises at the end, which I really value. I went in for a broken permanent retainer removal and a cleaning after not having been to the dentist in 6 years due to anxiety. I was honestly very nervous, but I never once felt judged or shamed. After that long, I expected my mouth to be really tender after a cleaning, but even the next day I had no pain. This was hands down the best dental experience I've ever had. My husband has the same anxiety, and I'm going to do my best to bring him here too. It's so close to our house, and I'll definitely be back.

Dr Kelly Kim took the time to explain why my tooth cracked and what was needed to repair. I purchased an annual basic care program (as I no longer carry dentist insurance), and to repair the tooth and into a crown the overall price was very fair. My nerves are stable in everything life except for dental work. They offered relax oxygen and made room for my repair the following Monday! I did not even feel the shots to numb up my mouth and the procedure went very well. Dr Kim is a excellent dentist and her bedside manner really made me feel relaxed and I am more than pleased for their effort to prioritize my mini emergency. I feel like I finally found my local dentist that cares about people in the community and having them take the time to listen to my concerns they made me feel relaxed and fully exceeded my expectations.
