No my teeth were not rotted . Thank the good lord . But i did have a bad infection and had to have a root canal done on one of my teeth. My daught had seen them a few years ago so . I thought. Also they want to cap everything and give you no options like lets fix the filling and lets do a deep cleaning on the one problem area instead of do the whole mouth and then come back every 3 months even when your insurance doesnt cover it. Dr Kelly Kim took the time to explain why my tooth cracked and what was needed to repair. I purchased an annual basic care program (as I no longer carry dentist insurance), and to repair the tooth and into a crown the overall price was very fair. My nerves are stable in everything life except for dental work. They offered relax oxygen and made room for my repair the following Monday! I did not even feel the shots to numb up my mouth and the procedure went very well. Dr Kim is a excellent dentist and her bedside manner really made me feel relaxed and I am more than pleased for their effort to prioritize my mini emergency. I feel like I finally found my local dentist that cares about people in the community and having them take the time to listen to my concerns they made me feel relaxed and fully exceeded my expectations. They used AI on X-ray and told me I have 4 to 5 cavities and also told me I need to put crown on my front tooth. Fist of all, every hygienist that I worked with all said I have great dental hygene. I've kept it this way for the past 10 years. I found it hard to believe I have these many cavities when there's zero symptons. I do AI for work, and I know AI isn't 100% accurate. Dr. Iwobho gave me treatement plans without even analysing my tooth carefully. I told him I have sensitivity on the right side of my mouth. Usually a dentist will use coldness to test my teeth for liveness. But Dr. Iwobho didn't bother to do that. He asked me a few questions and told me my teeth might have been dead and I need a root canal. Secondly, all the dentists I have seen in the past have told me there's no need to put a crown on the front tooth beause, because it is not going to withstand much biting force. It seems this new dentist tries to talk me into doing something unecessary. Trusting AI at this point of time seems like a joke to me. I am going to look for a new dentist elsewhere.
