I don't know why pizza buffets stopped being a thing. I remember going to places like Shakey's, Pizza Hut, and Mountain Mike's for buffets and how much I enjoyed. But now the only time you can get one is if you come at lunch. John's Incredible Pizza Company may not have the best items on offer, but it's not terrible either. They give you a lot of options and it all comes out relatively fast when you're waiting for an item. My main gripe is that they make you do a kiosk to buy your buffet ticket. I hate forcing you to go there instead of having an option to speak to a human to do it. I had a few questions and I had to wait to get inside to ask them. That's unfortunate because I probably would've opted into some options had I been allowed to know what other goodies were hidden away in the system. The ambiance is very chaotic. A lot of families come here for parties and stuff. This brings a lot of kids and that brings a lot of dirty tables and dining areas. That's not terrible as it's what comes with the territory, I remember Showbiz and Chuck E. Cheese being dirty as kids as well. All in all, I like having the option of a pizza buffet when I'm not too particular on having great pies and just want a lot of different pizza adjacent items as well. read more

We had a birthday party for our daughter on Sunday 7/26/26 and everything was great. Our party host Deana was super attentive and sweet. She brought out fresh pizza to our table, pitchers of drinks, and made balloons for the kids. Anyone that finished their food had their dish picked up immediately, so our table was always clean thanks to her. I gave three stars for the food. It's gone downhill from the last time I remember being here. The pizzas were great - when they come out fresh. But there was A LOT of empty hotel pans, and there were virtually no desserts. Not a good look when you have a party, and guests are hungry. I had some meatballs that were COLD in the center. Like, not even warm at all. Not sure if they were short staffed, but I saw two young guys behind the counter trying to keep up. I felt bad for them, so I didn't complain or bother. We just had to keep getting up to check if any food was being put out and cross our fingers. When we arrived, she explained the recommended party schedule but emphasized that it was completely optional, which I really appreciated. This place has completely declined since the last year. The food was horrible, dry, not fresh, and barely anything was stocked. The pasta was hard and dried up from sitting in the warmers so long. There were more PICTURES of pizzas than actual fresh pizzas to eat. The cheese on the nachos dried up like old PlayDoh. The ranch dressing was so watery it just rolled off the salad. No one cleaned any of the tables off for the entire time that we sat there eating, so the dishes just continue to pile up all around the dining room. The games are not kept up well, so the bowling alley pins just fall all over the place each time the machine resets them after you bowl each ball. The head rests on one of the games looks like someone's cat has been scraping at them for years. There's no one walking around on the floor to help with malfunctioning games or any other issues. The big TV in the main dining room was mostly greyed out so it's definitely on its last legs. The fact that there was hardly anyone there on the day we visited, yet the staff couldn't keep up with the food area nor the game area was unbelievable. The ice cream machines were thrashed with overflowing ice cream and old cones laying in the trays. There was absolutely no excuse for how disgusting this restaurant was. AND NO ONE WAS CLEANING ANYTHING FOR OUR ENTIRE VISIT. Let's not even get into the restroom situation. Don't waste your time or your money on this place. Even though Bullwinkle's is a little rowdy at times, it is far better kept and maintained than this place. We will never go to this location again, and you probably shouldn't either, unless you just wanna give some money away. read more

My 5 year old had a field trip here and I was in the area so I stopped by to see how he was doing. When I showed up (summer), I saw about 4-5 school buses and thought this was going to be a zoo. Fortunately, I believe they stagger the school visits so when my son was there, it was just his school. Overall, I like how big this place is (could be a bad thing if you need to keep an eye on your kid). The food seating area is great, I really like how they have different areas so it doesn't feel too crowded and each group has their own space. The food was decent and nothing to complain about. Yesterday me and my family went and this place is a joke . First my son that is 2 fell and hit his head in the floor because it was wet. Second they have uncooked raw pasta and burnt food everywhere. The worker saw the raw pasta and he didn't even change or care abt it. The rooms smell like a gym sauna musty everything is dirty. The cookies in the dessert area were still frozen we told the lady there and she said they were cooked but you can see the raw cookie dough. So when there I asked the gentlemen behind the counter if I could get a pizza made with half of it with no cheese he happily made it for me. I'm here to say Dean had some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long while. He not only was very polite but very sincere in his approach. Entrance fee covers meal; and usually it's unlikely you will buy only the entrance fee because John's incredible pizza offers rides; arcade games, and variety of games for kids. We easily spent like $100-150 for family of 4. The food is okay, they have pretty decent pizza. Kids like icee and we like soft drinks. You get chicken nuggets and usual buffet stuff. Salads, soup, spaghetti, and breadsticks are some of common items. Plus like water down nacho chips. Kids have fun, but I feel the ride and some of glow in dark places needs to be changed. They don't get use as much. And the rides and credit system is confusing too. You can just use credits for everything because on package deals it says 2 rides. And it's hard to say how it's used when they scanned the cards. Because the rides still indicates 14 credits each time. read more
