We went to John's on Tuesday the 3rd. I am a Vegan so getting food made right sometimes is a challenge. So when there I asked the gentlemen behind the counter if I could get a pizza made with half of it with no cheese he happily made it for me. I'm here to say Dean had some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long while. He not only was very polite but very sincere in his approach. I would highly recommend this gentlemen for a great job from his bosses. Not only was the pizza amazing but also all but gone on my return for seconds. Lol You have one great employee in this young man named Dean. Being in food service management myself, I can definitely appreciate good customer service. read more

The food was super Carby, a lot of pasta and bread and pizza but I would have to give a shoutout to their amazing chicken nugget, it's like better than McDonald. Hosted a birthday party here and had a birthday package. The check-in process was pretty smooth and our hosts Genesis and Amanda were really great. They managed the time and the party very professionally and were really fun and great with all the kids. They were very patient with all the kids and chaos that comes with birthday parties. We always passed by John's Incredible pizza. And we decided to have a play date on a Sunday with kids. Entrance fee covers meal; and usually it's unlikely you will buy only the entrance fee because John's incredible pizza offers rides; arcade games, and variety of games for kids. We easily spent like $100-150 for family of 4. The food is okay, they have pretty decent pizza. Kids like icee and we like soft drinks. You get chicken nuggets and usual buffet stuff. Salads, soup, spaghetti, and breadsticks are some of common items. Plus like water down nacho chips. Kids have fun, but I feel the ride and some of glow in dark places needs to be changed. They don't get use as much. And the rides and credit system is confusing too. You can just use credits for everything because on package deals it says 2 rides. And it's hard to say how it's used when they scanned the cards. Because the rides still indicates 14 credits each time. read more

I've had birthday parties here for many years for my kids. I just had my daughter's 20th birthday party this past weekend. Hostess Genesis was friendly and helped with everything. It's nice having a party where I don't have to cook or clean up. The kids enjoy all of the games and rides. Food is ok but it's buffet style so I'm not expecting anything gourmet but the kids love the pizza. Facilities are clean but they can do better cleaning the restrooms throughout the day since they do get gross. Overall a good experience, I've come for many years and will probably be coming many more. read more

They worked so hard together and they were so kind to all of my party guest. They made all the children balloon animals. They shared all the information with me. This John's incredible has been here forever. They are showing signs of wear and tear. As a matter of fact, when we were leaving, tiles were falling and breaking on the ground. Scary. Inside, the bathroom needed TLC. They were dirty. We didn't play any games this time. We just ate. We ate inside the Vertical room. The floor was clean but the paint might be coming off. The buffet itself was dirty. They did try to clean up most of it. The pizza was slow in coming out. I did ask for my favorite peanut butter pizza to be made special 2xs. The second time I had to wait 30 plus minutes since they messed up the order. The service at check in was great. The service on the vertical dining room was slower. They bus boy tried. Overall, I still prefer the Moreno Valley John's incredible. read more

They were so helpful with my daughter Camillas party today 4/18. I always look for top tier customer service and these two ladies definitely did NOT disappoint!
