When we arrived, she explained the recommended party schedule but emphasized that it was completely optional, which I really appreciated. The kids and adults had so much fun, especially during the "Corners" game. She also made the cutest animal balloons for the kids. Our last birthday party at a similar place didn't include a host, so having Hannah made such a big difference. She went above and beyond, and the experience exceeded our expectations. So when there I asked the gentlemen behind the counter if I could get a pizza made with half of it with no cheese he happily made it for me. I'm here to say Dean had some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long while. He not only was very polite but very sincere in his approach. I would highly recommend this gentlemen for a great job from his bosses. Not only was the pizza amazing but also all but gone on my return for seconds. Had our end of year field trip here and Rosie was very helpful and good with the kids.

Yesterday me and my family went and this place is a joke . First my son that is 2 fell and hit his head in the floor because it was wet. Second they have uncooked raw pasta and burnt food everywhere. The worker saw the raw pasta and he didn't even change or care abt it. The rooms smell like a gym sauna musty everything is dirty. The cookies in the dessert area were still frozen we told the lady there and she said they were cooked but you can see the raw cookie dough. Who ever runs this Johns needs better management or shutdown. Someone will get sick read more

My 5 year old had a field trip here and I was in the area so I stopped by to see how he was doing. When I showed up (summer), I saw about 4-5 school buses and thought this was going to be a zoo. Fortunately, I believe they stagger the school visits so when my son was there, it was just his school. Overall, I like how big this place is (could be a bad thing if you need to keep an eye on your kid). The food seating area is great, I really like how they have different areas so it doesn't feel too crowded and each group has their own space. The food was decent and nothing to complain about. For the games, my kid had a blast with his friends. Those claw machines with the automatic wins were a big hit with the kids. They managed the time and the party very professionally and were really fun and great with all the kids. They were very patient with all the kids and chaos that comes with birthday parties. We always passed by John's Incredible pizza. And we decided to have a play date on a Sunday with kids. Entrance fee covers meal; and usually it's unlikely you will buy only the entrance fee because John's incredible pizza offers rides; arcade games, and variety of games for kids. We easily spent like $100-150 for family of 4. The food is okay, they have pretty decent pizza. Kids like icee and we like soft drinks. You get chicken nuggets and usual buffet stuff. Salads, soup, spaghetti, and breadsticks are some of common items. Plus like water down nacho chips. Kids have fun, but I feel the ride and some of glow in dark places needs to be changed. They don't get use as much. And the rides and credit system is confusing too. You can just use credits for everything because on package deals it says 2 rides. And it's hard to say how it's used when they scanned the cards. Because the rides still indicates 14 credits each time. read more
