We came to celebrate my niece's birthday on 90s/2000s Night, and Punch Bowl Social delivered a fun, memorable night! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by the sweetest hostess at the front. I wish I remembered her name because she deserves a shout-out! She was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a table right next to the DJ. That little gesture made a huge difference and really kicked off the night on the right note. Our server, Lex, was amazing! She was attentive, friendly, and kept checking on us throughout the night, even with how busy it was. Excellent service like hers is one of the reasons we'll definitely be back. The DJ was absolutely FIRE! We went on 90s/2000s Night, and every song had people singing and dancing. The energy was nonstop, and it was the perfect soundtrack for a birthday celebration. The food and drinks were exactly what we wanted for a night out. We enjoyed Pineapple Express cocktails, Jack Daniels, Palomas, Mexican Candy shots, Green Tea shots (because... birthday! ), Lagunitas drafts, mozzarella sticks, chips with guac and salsa, and chili cheese fries. Everything came out fresh, and the drinks were great. One thing I thought was really cool was that they did raffle giveaways throughout the night. We actually won a karaoke machine, which was such a fun surprise and made the birthday celebration even more memorable! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the restrooms. Unfortunately, they were in pretty rough shape. There was toilet paper all over the floor, one toilet was broken, water was leaking from the ceiling, only one soap dispenser had soap, and the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. It was the only part of the night that didn't match the otherwise great experience. Overall, Punch Bowl Social is a fantastic spot for birthdays, celebrations, drinks, music, and a fun night out with friends. Great staff, an amazing DJ, fun surprises like raffles, and an atmosphere that keeps the party going. The place itself is huge with a really fun vibe, making it a great spot to hang out, grab drinks, and just enjoy the atmosphere. Food is pretty decent, and overall service is good. The staff definitely works hard, especially the bartenders. That said, during busy hours, it can be tough to get their attention. You kind of have to be proactive and flag someone down if you want another drink. Because the place is so big, drinks can take a while to come out. That being said, their lemon drop shot and Mexican candy shot are actually really good and definitely worth trying. Still a good spot overall. I've been here a few times with friends to wine down after a work week on Fridays. It's a pretty spacious space with bowling alleys, 3 bars (two downstairs, one upstairs), some arcade games, and the crowd was fairly young (20s and 30s). I haven't had their food yet so I can't speak for that but a few of my friends ordered specialty drinks off the menu and they liked it! I ordered a simple cocktail and I thought the pouring was generous and mixed well. I also really love their DJ and the fact that they stay open after midnight, especially since most other restaurants/bars at Victoria Gardens close pretty early. I drove a ways to get here to meet some friends for food, drinks and karaoke. The service and staff are amazing very friendly and accommodating. The food was ok, we all got different dishes from appetizers to main courses. I got the cheeseburger with sweet potato fries and their comeback sauce, I really enjoyed their sweet potato fries and comeback sauce together- recommended by the server. I tried the elote which was really good as well and had nice flavor, the nachos were lacking cheese with their unique style using cotjia cheese. I think the table was in agreement traditional nachos would have been just as satisfying. We also liked the deal with the bucket of beers/seltzers and that we can customize the options. It's such a great addition to the menu. The experience took a turn when we were in the Karaoke room. It was a really tiny room with a small fan. The tv glitched out and it took about 30 minutes for it to get connected again. Once it was connected the app was really helpful and the song choices were great. The microphones weren't really working, the room was like a sauna. Definitely no air ventilation. We all tried to make the best out of it but it was honestly a terrible experience in there. Came for a family dinner and bowling to follow. Great, friendly service. I felt the host went above and beyond to walk me through and answer my questions about seating and lane reservations. Food is pretty good. Nice variety though the kids were not happy that mac n cheese was not an offering on the menu (they got chicken tenders/nuggets which unfortunately they complained was too 'spicy' b/c the breading was peppered). Elote dip was good, wings were meh - the salads and burgers were fine options. As for bowling, probably not for serious bowlers - husband complained the lanes were not slick enough for his curve bowling technique and he and others slipped multiple times (ironically). They don't require bowling shoes (unless you've got open toe or sandals on) which I guess is nice even though they're included with the lane rental, but maybe a good idea so you/kids don't slip. The pins also dangle from attached strings and we had an issue b/c the pins got tangled up due to aggressive bowling I suppose. Even still, it's nice to have the option for an activity. Love that there are so many board games to choose from and an arcade to browse. It was a great, relaxed (albeit loud) place for the family to eat and hang. read more

Honest review: I would have given this place a 1 or maybe a 2 star if it were not for the Assistant GM, Noel. Noel made our experience at Punch Bowl a great experience after several setbacks. Set backs included: -no hostess at the front so we had to track someone down to be seated (we did have reservation) -sitting at our table for over 20 min with no server ever approaching us (finally we managed to track down Noel and we shared our experience with him) -no server providing us our bill at the end of our meal which meant an additional wait time (15-20 min) after we finished food and drinks Once we found Noel he became like our personal table concierge. He took care of placing our food and drink order, bringing us eating utensils, checking in on us, and just in general speaking to us in such a way that made us feel like welcomed patrons. Went to this place with friends on a weekend and it was a bit like a club which wasn't too bad. It was pretty packed so felt it was going to be a long wait for drinks but somehow a bartender still got to me and like 3 other people. How he remembers all the orders is beyond me haha he was so sweet and even gave a quick chat to check it out on the week as well. I came in during the week and it was such a chill vibe, he made all of my friends feel so welcome. Told em to try the chicken sandwich and make it spicy and omg that was bomb! I was wondering why the music kept changing and he explained it's because they play music bingo which was so random but awesome! This review is for a private event: We threw a baby shower for my sister in the Agave section of the venue. At first the planning was a little wonky because the coordinator went out on leave but as we got closer to the event it all smoothed out and everything was easy peasy! The even space was beautiful! I hardly had to decorate. The tables already had cute little candles. There were various faux succulent plants around. Seating arrangements included bar top type seating, seating at the car and booths. I must say, I've never experienced such exceptional customer service. From the time of check in, our coordinator introduced herself, the servers, and bar tender. As we were setting up, the manager, Omar took time to introduce himself as well. Everyone assured us everything will be taken care of. And it was! The coordinator allowed us to move things around and use any of the items within the venue space. Our servers always kept me updated on the food status, cleared tables, and took time to go to each table to make sure everyone was doing good or to check to see if they needed anything. Amber, Casey, Marissa, Simona, and Omar- thank you so much! I've thrown many events and various places and by far, this has been my top experience in regards to customer service! Food: delish! For our event, we had a buffet of various sliders, wings, and cheese and chicken quesadillas . Drinks from the bar were on point! My sister's mother in law said the margarita she ordered was one of the best she's had ...and she's had plenty lol! If i have another event, I will always keep this place in mind! I like coming here on weekdays during happy hour3to6. Its super chill and they have Foosball, darts, shuffleboard arcade, bowling and pool table upstairs. I haven't been here in a while, but when I saw they hosted Love Island watch parties, I went to check it out with one of my friends. I loved how organized it was with reserving a spot on eventbrite. When I got there I was able to grab a seat immediately for the number of people I reserved for. We got lucky and were sat at a table right in front of a TV. To our surprise, the food was delicious! I'm always wary about bar food, but our buffalo cauliflower, pretzel bites, and watermelon frozen margaritas were amazing. The only thing that sucked is the service was a little slow, and no fault to our waiter, he was great with checking on us.
