Haven't been to this establishment since they were called the Princeton many years ago. This is a casual bar. The food is good. The service was very good. The bar is incredible. Definitely a sports bar. Many televisions with a variety of games playing. Cocktail menu was good and they have a decent beer selection.

I ordered delivery from uber eats. Sometimes I do if I'm home late. Normally the steak tips are good but damn these things are still mooing. I ordered medium rare, do these look medium rare? They weren't like this the last 4 times. 3 stars because every other experience has been good, not sure what happened.

My daughter goes to school at UMass Lowell. We decided to come out and visit. While here, we found this place for dinner. When arrived, we saw the beauty of the mill and factory location. Along a River/creek, this place is gorgeous. Big bar and plenty of seating with outdoor seating as well. We were seated right away on a Saturday evening. Plenty of beers on tap and good apps. We ordered Fried pickles(good) and fried cauliflower, Buffalo. Both were outstanding. Liv hasn't found good pizza since coming from NY. This was a good crust and a good thin layer pizza. Would we come back? Absolutely. This will be a go to place for sure.

Came for my sister's graduation celebration dinner as a party of eight on a Saturday evening. Our reservation was originally for 7pm but we called ahead and they were able to accommodate us for 6:30pm, since we were running ahead of schedule. While it was busy, our waitress was always so friendly and apologetic about how slow the service was, despite it not being a problem for us. She checked in on us many times and made us feel welcomed. The food itself comes in large portions, and there's a wide variety of options on the menu. I have simple tastes and ordered the Chicken Tenders basket, which came with fries, cole slaw, and a sauce of my choice. The food is good, and what you might expect from this kind of restaurant. The atmosphere is lively, and I'd imagine a great place to celebrate with larger groups. Thankfully we were seated at a table against a wall so it didn't feel too loud. One thing to note is that it'd be nice for the TVs to display captions. Otherwise we had a great time celebrating together!

Takeout pizza joint on one side, bar room on the other (with a bunch of high tops and many big screen TVs), and plenty of outside seating on a deck. -- Buffalo Tenders: Generous serving. Full Buffalo coverage, but a very light application and light on the Buffalo flavor. Surfaces firm; interiors slightly moist. -- Single Patty Smashburger: A thin burger, but didn't have the flavorful pushed-down crusting that characterizes the best smash burgers. Merely a thin, non-moist burger. Way too much bun volume, even if it were two patties (there are a few different two-patty options), but a tasty bun and agreeable Thousand-Island-ish sauce. -- Fries (with the burger): Nearly a full tray of the thick, industrial food service product. Bulk. Service adequate and adequately friendly. Right down the middle.

The service was really good, our waitress was very friendly and helpful with our menu questions. Our food came out fast, and was nice and hot! One of my only complaints from this trip would be the bathrooms...they were not very clean. I'm giving this 4 stars because it really is just basic bar food and a bar atmosphere.

I'd like to give 3.5 stars. It was certainly somewhere between "OK" and "Good", but I am erring on…read morethe side of "Good", because I do not have any major complaints. I am not the target demo, being a vegan who doesn't drink, so please keep that in mind when reading my review! I did the Build-your-own burger, ordering a veggie burger patty and some mixed veggies on top. The patty was fine, not my favorite type of veggie burger, and I was a little disappointed since I thought...and I may have totally invented this in my mind)... that they offered a vegan smashburger made with Beyond or Impossible meat. That would have been my preference. The fries were good. My friend said her burger was fantastic, and the onion rings as well. So overall, the food was perfectly enjoyable. Nothing stand-out, but all very good. For ambiance, it is not a comfortable space, uncomfy chairs at tiny tables in a cramped space. There were ants crawling all over our table (not the restaurant's fault, it was a rainy spring day,0 but it did put a damper on my insect-hating friend's birthday dinner. The service was a bit frantic, there was a long wait to put in our order, but they were not rude or anything... just not very attentive.

These were easily some of the best burgers we've ever had. And I'm not even a burger guy. I usually think burgers are burgers and they only vary by a few degrees. Not here. Juicy, perfectly cooked, and seriously flavorful. Price-wise, you're paying about the same as you would at the 99 or another chain, maybe even less, but the quality is several notches above. Absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

Beer selections are minimal but just varied enough that you'll find something to your liking, whether mainstream or craft. The food menu is much deeper, nailing most of the pub food classics. As a burgers and wings guy, that was my focus, but there's enough greenery to satisfy my vegetarian wife too. GPH Burger: A well sourced blend, made into a patty of good thickness, grilled over an open flame, and housed in a potato bun with a generous allotment of toppings. Beautiful presentation, and most importantly, the flavor of the beef came through, never getting lost. You can order pink or no pink; I went pink, and on my first visit they nailed the temperature, color, and juiciness to go along with the crusty exterior. Good seasoning, and very enjoyable grill flavor. One of the best burgers I've had this year. Tried it again on a second visit, again requesting pink, but: a) not pink or juicy, and b) no flame grill flavor. Still a decent burger-- mostly because the addition of some nicely chewy and very strongly cured bacon picked up some of the slack. Third try, a repeat of the first, so two out of three ain't bad. Smashburger: Solid enough, though not as pronounced of surface crispness as a proper smashburger. Fries: Hand-cut, plentiful, dark, crispy, and just droopy enough. There's no salt on the table, but these were salted perfectly. Ketchup is an off brand, with a little more tartness than the standard, but it worked fine. Onion Rings: The thick ring, thick batter kind, and very crunchy. All depends on whether you like that style. Hot Dog: The menu lists them with fries included, but if you're already getting a burger, you can add one on without getting the extra fries. Toasted New England flat-sided bun, very juicy, grilled wiener, and toppings you can choose. Chili is a $3 add-on, but note there are beans included. I enjoyed mine and would get it again without the chili. Wings: Went Buffalo once, somewhat crisp, somewhat tender, nice sauce, with spices and seasonings, but not what I'd call Buffalo and not much coverage. These are baked, then fried, so missing a little something.went sweet chili on the next visit, and these were closer to the listed flavor and a little closer to wings that quench a wings craving.
