I ended up buying the Daring Darling color. I forgot to get her name, but I wish I would have because she deserves recognition for a job well done. She sent me home with a few samples which she thoroughly explained to me how to use. I will be back next time I am in that area to buy another shade of the Lipstick and some other items. The products are a bit on the pricey side, but worth it.

I bought a discounted gift set that had the serum and eye cream recommended for me. The lovely young lady with perfect skin noted that the products weren't full size so she was generous with samples of those items. She also noted my husband was patiently waiting for me and included several samples for him. He looked at the samples and asked, "What is toner?" I have my work cut out, but I have gotten him to use sunscreen! She encouraged me to sign up for the free rewards program (no hard sell) and then added additional samples that made my heart leap. Seriously. I can't wait until it's time to wash my face tonight and try the serum and lotions!!! The makeup selection trends younger so I will definitely bring my 20 y.o. daughter when she's home from school because she most certainly needs hand lotions in cute containers shaped like dogs and cats, right?! I won't be giving up my VIB card at another makeup mecca, but The Face Shop is a must if you care anything about your skin. read more

If you ever have any concerns that the skincare routine you have isn't quite doing what you want it to, drop it and go to the face shop. Talk to the ladies at the face shop about what you're looking for, I guarantee they will find something that matches you perfectly. The products themselves work better (and are cheaper) than their counterparts from major American makeup stores. As for the store itself, it's easily the most well-laid-out face shop I've been into. They have a great display of products, skin-care, anti-aging, concealers and makeup, makeup applicators; even the sets of products are nicely displayed and easy to find. The staff is super helpful and if they have an idea about what works for you, they will try it out on your skin before just encouraging you to buy blindly. When buying, they always give you free-samples of other products you might like. Since I'm signed up for the membership program, I get birthday coupons! Love this face shop so much! read more

Let me just say that this faceshop truly rules. It's one of the best cosmetics store in Illinois and have the best prices. A few things may be expensive BUT, the product speaks for itself! The staff is also informative and helpful. They have knwodlegde in their products and it's amazing. Emily has helped us twice already and she knows exactly what we are looking for! She's very kind. Love this place! its a small store located inside of a big grocery store called H-mart and my friends and i stopped by just to see what it was and you know nothing wrong with a guy buying some face masks :) they have alot of beauty products and im on a mission to try every one of them. so far Face shop is my favorite beauty store and the ladies that work thre are super nice and i definitely recommend people to try this store cause it actually helped my skin and its super affordable! read more

I highly recommend The Face Shop in Niles. I used to use ""Chia Seed" for years. It was really great. However, chia seed was not good enough during winter time for my skin type. June from The face shop recommend me to try **The Therapy Anti-Aging Formula**. It was such a perfect cosmetic for winter time. It consistently kept my skin moisture all day long. So I do recommend ""the therapy"" from The Face Shop. Also, Don't forget to "check-in" for free mask-sheet. read more

The staff is really friendly and it's amazing how many products they have! Everything is reasonably priced and from Korea. Korean skincare products are the best so it was nice to find one in the midwest! I recommend checking this place out for nice lotion and foaming cleansers! One of the best Korean cosmetic brands. I have been using this brans items for years. Love its massage creams, cleasing products and skin care products. My husband also uses men skin care products and really likes them. Thw Face shop always gives bunch of free samples and send gift card for my birthday which is so sweet.
