The lovely young lady with perfect skin noted that the products weren't full size so she was generous with samples of those items. She also noted my husband was patiently waiting for me and included several samples for him. He looked at the samples and asked, "What is toner?" I have my work cut out, but I have gotten him to use sunscreen! She encouraged me to sign up for the free rewards program (no hard sell) and then added additional samples that made my heart leap. They have a great display of products, skin-care, anti-aging, concealers and makeup, makeup applicators; even the sets of products are nicely displayed and easy to find. The staff is super helpful and if they have an idea about what works for you, they will try it out on your skin before just encouraging you to buy blindly. I have been purchasing a lot of this stores products for the past year or so and I am beyond happy with the results. I have always been into anything that has to do with Korea (hence the reason I learned Korean). I have very sensitive skin and dislike using chemicals for facial products so The Face Shop's selection of natural products really suited me. I have not had one reaction to their products. If anything, my skin is much better than it was before. Although the prices might seem a bit high in your eyes, they are much cheaper than American products and more efficient in repairing and fixing your skin. Koreans are really popular when it comes to the skin category and I can see why. I highly recommend this stores products to you all. It's definitely worth investing your money into. Let me just say that this faceshop truly rules. It's one of the best cosmetics store in Illinois and have the best prices. A few things may be expensive BUT, the product speaks for itself! I highly recommend The Face Shop in Niles. I used to use ""Chia Seed" for years. It was really great. However, chia seed was not good enough during winter time for my skin type. June from The face shop recommend me to try **The Therapy Anti-Aging Formula**. It was such a perfect cosmetic for winter time. It consistently kept my skin moisture all day long. The staff is really friendly and it's amazing how many products they have! Everything is reasonably priced and from Korea. Korean skincare products are the best so it was nice to find one in the midwest! I recommend checking this place out for nice lotion and foaming cleansers!
