The fish had a light, crispy breading that wasn't overly thick, and the flavor was outstanding. The prime rib sliders were incredibly tender and practically melted in your mouth. We walked in on a Saturday around 5:30 and grabbed two seats at the bar without any trouble. They also have seating outside if the weather is nice. My wife ordered the steak with crab, mashed potatoes and asparagus, and she really enjoyed it. But if we're keeping score between our two plates... I'm calling it: mine won. Everyone is so kind from the moment you walk in the door. The servers are attentive and make great recommendations. The food arrives quickly. Portions are generous! I don't know what we were more blown away with: the outstanding service or the fantastic food. G and I came in for lunch and were able to snag a table in Sophie's section. We really lucked out!! She and the rest of the team took great care of us and never let our drink glasses get empty. They made sure our steaks came out piping hot and and well...I'll get to dessert in a moment. Sophie is the best and really impressed us by being attentive yet not intrusive on our lunch date. G and I both ordered from the specials menu and we each had the Steak Oscar. A 4 ounce filet on top of creamy mashed potatoes topped with grilled asparagus and covered by crab and hollandaise sauce. (I'm get hungry for it wring this review the day after!). Very worthy and delicious. However, I had room and saw a dessert I wanted to try. My first scouting trip involved Peach Cobbler. I have fond memories of this and ordered it for dessert. Wow! Only issue I have was I got 5 ribs which is barely considered a half rack. A full rack end to end is 13. Half should be either 6 or 7. They could have been cooked a little longer but tasted fine. My daughter opted for the coconut chicken tenders (thankfully you can't taste any coconut, but they're crispy) and a 5oz burger, which looked way bigger than 5 oz. The waiter was extremely patient and kind to the big group he was serving. I had a fantastic late lunch today at Green Hills Grille and would love to shout out my server, Mars, for her amazing service. Mars was consistently checking in to make sure I had everything I needed and was quite friendly and personable. I ordered the she-crab bisque as an appetizer and the baked spaghetti as my entree. The bisque was absolutely delicious and the spaghetti was incredible. Mars pointed out to me that the pasta was gluten free and I was amazed that it tasted just like regular pasta and I couldn't tell the difference. Lastly I ordered the bananas-foster cheesecake for dessert but had it packed to-go since I was already stuffed! I am definitely looking forward to trying it later this evening. I ordered the Prime Rib dinner as that is a cut I enjoy. The meat was tough, and the waitress offered me the opportunity to return it. I should have done so, but she was so busy she seldom came by the table. Half of the meat was covered with a large pile of broccoli, and as I ate it, I discovered that the broccoli covered a large piece of fat, which was 1/3 of the serving. The cook definitely knew what they were doing when they covered it up. The restaurant was very busy and the noise was almost too much. The drinks were good. I paid $56 for the meal. For the same money, I could have gone to Sperrys or Connors and had a much better experience. I don't recall what my friend ordered, but he wasn't impressed with his meal and we agreed that we will not return. read more

The inside is a little dated, and there were some very ugly stains in our chairs in the dining room. But we were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. We started with queso which I did not have high hopes for, but it was the best thing we ate that night. I ordered Lemon Artichoke Chicken and it was tender and saucy and well seasoned. My boyfriend ordered the chicken penne with shrimp and he liked it as well. It is pricey, both of our dishes were over $20, and for that you would think they could hire someone to clean the chairs.
