After telling her I wanted to get matched, the girl asked me what brand of foundation I was currently using and what shade I wore, and I answered... she pulled up what Fenty foundation I would need by that information. I had to tell her two more times that I wanted to be MATCHED, by my skin tone, not my current foundation. It was almost like she didn't want to do it. I bought the foundation but went home and ordered more product off Fenty.com... and if I ever feel the need to go to Sephora again, I'll head on over to a different location (or maybe online) because the employees here act like they could care less about providing customer service.

While the store could use some work conditionally, it is in decent shape. However, the store could be cleaner for sure. Outside of cleanliness and condition, the service is really what is lacking at this location. The associates are curt and disinterested in assisting, no matter where you need service. Overall, it is just an unpleasant spot to shop. Always the same service wise. Id rather pop across the street to Target/CVS.

I've been in the Newnan area for a couple of years now and of the beauty and wig supply locations I've visited in this area, Miky's is a location with a larger selection of items and products. Although I haven't ever really been greeted when entering the store, I haven't ever been treated rudely by any of the people who work there. In fact, on my last visit, I observed one of the employees assisting a group of four and she appeared like she was being very helpful to them. Although no one asked me if I needed any help finding anything, as I was looking around, no one ever followed around me around the store as I read in one of the other reviews. The fact is, I wasn't able to confirm any of the behaviors mentioned regarding the staff as I read in other reviews and I hope I never will because I would definitely leave a review about it. As for me, I have experienced no issues with this store. I am able to locate what I am looking for when I go there and (so far), I've never been treated rudely.
