I wandered the whole store, for maybe 20 minutes, stopping at several registers, not once did anyone offer to help me. Even when I joined a line, the worker finished the transaction before me then turned around to do something else. Prices are unknown except for the overpriced sewing machines. I don't know if the problem is management or some weird local prejudice but if they don't know you, don't bother.

Employees are very helpful and friendly, and can often be seen restocking merchandise. The variety of products is very helpful and fun, as customers can find new items for just about anything they want to decorate or add life to an existing home or garden project. Prices are fairly reasonable, though you will find a few items a little higher here than at other stores. Overall, this is a fun place to shop.

I initially signed up because I thought the tree was cute and wanted some more Christmas decor, and the price of the workshop was really reasonable, so I thought why not? The workshop far exceeded my expectations in terms of ease and information! Michele was super knowledgeable about the materials/paint/techniques, and it inspired me to start dabbling into the idea of painting some of my own furniture. Or at least some of my own pieces rather than buying them at Hobby Lobby! :p It was super easy to pick up the materials, and there was more than enough leftover for using the materials for another DIY project. Can't wait to try one of their in-person workshops!

Oscar responded with clear and reasonable quotes and a 5-wk process time. sofas were picked up as scheduled. since we're trying to save some $ and matching the seat cushion, there were not too many choices of fabric to choose from. and It was hard/expensive to find trims that matched original design of the sofa. Oscar's staff explained and talked me into just doing simple piping along the base and around all the pillows. the day before delivery I called to confirm (I was really worried they won't make it for my party scheduled day after delivery), then again the morning of delivery and late afternoon. they finally delivered around 5pm on delivery day, 2hrs after their closing time. the sofas looked really nice and the simple piping actually enhanced the seat cushions. we really like it. Oscar was very responsive via text. the staffs were all very helpful throughout the process. I would have given them 5-stars if I didn't have to be so nervous the last 2 days worrying they wouldn't make it.
