I'm writing to amend my assessment of Ferguson Clinic. There is no denying that the Microneedling treatment I had there in Feburary was horrible, my skin is still blotchy 3 months later, but I understand that the person who did the treatment had a number of other complaints, and is no longer there. Interestingly, she had talked me out of getting the EndyMed 3 Deep RF Skin Tightening Treatments, which was the reason for my appointment. She said that it took many treatments to get a result and the result was minimal. (I think this gal is missing her calling as a sales person.) I ended up trying the Deep RF treatments and I definitely saw a difference when I got home after the very first time! Seriously! I've had a couple of the Endy Med Deep RF treatments so far and they have tightened my skin. I'm thankful that I tried them again. You should, too! read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! The Ferguson Clinic is fully staffed with an extremely genuine caring team. I originally saw them online. I have been dealing with acne scars since my teenage years, and having tried several other treatments, it was time I did something more drastic. I called TFC and Theresa answered the phone, I was seeking advice for what would be the most optimal solution for me to diminish my acne scars. Theresa asked me to send her a photo of my face, and upon receiving the photo she recommended Microneedling and PRP. I hung up the phone without making an appointment to do my own due diligence. I called back a day later with eager to start this treatment plan. I signed up for three treatments of Microneedling and PRP. My first session I was nervous but I felt comfortable because when I first arrived Theresa sat me in her office to review what would be happening. Once I was all done getting registered and knowing what would be happening I went to take my first "before" photos. Now I want to go into detail not just about the amazing staff but also Microneedling and PRP for those considering the treatment. I did the whole face for this so this is my experience to share for Microneedling and PRP on the face. After taking photos, they may do IPL (which is probably done if you have active breakouts, because it gets rid of bacteria). For IPL you are given some protective eyewear. I have sensitive eyes, as I learned, so although my eyes were protected I still felt like I could see a little bright light. After IPL you will get your whole face numbed. The numbing cream is a thick gel that gets massaged all over your area of treatment. It can take 30 minutes to an hour to have an effect; after the first time I was bringing my laptop to do a little work while waiting. During the waiting period, a nurse will come in and take your blood for the PRP treatment. After you are mostly numb in the area of treatment, the esthetician will come and start the process. Before microneedling the esthetician will be removing the numbing cream off with a towel and alcohol to ensure the face is fully clean and ready for the procedure. Then it will go section by section. I had Shabby as the esthetician doing all my procedures. Not only is Shabby very meticulous, but she is also very engaging during the procedure to ensure you feel comfortable. She understands that although we get our faces numb, we still feel a little bit of a "poke" or some "heat", so she will kindly give you a breather if you need it. Shabby started on my forehead, which was probably the hardest part to handle, besides right under the eyes. However, these are 25 gold plated and heated microneedles, if its going to work, you are going to feel something. No pain no gain! To be honest, on my fourth treatment, I finally took some Advil before and it made it soooo much easier to handle. I don't normally take any pain medicine but this is a special occasion so I do recommend it. And yes, I said my fourth treatment because after three, I was so excited about my results so far, I wanted to extend it to one more for now. And back to the procedure, after the Microneedling, the esthetician will rub the PRP on your face. You will also take home some of your PRP to rub on your face the rest of the day. You are given instructions for what to do when you leave, such as stay away from being in the sun and even refrain from sweating at all times for the next day or so. I took notes after my treatments to remember what to expect next time, and I advise you do the same since we are all different individuals and results may vary. After my treatment, I remember feeling a little hot on my face, which is said to be normal. Also, my skin felt a little tight. The PRP is something that calms your face down. Once you get home, you store your PRP in your fridge to keep cold. And occasionally are rubbing this on your face, which feels quite refreshing. You should not plan anything out in public for the rest of the day after Microneedling and PRP because you do not know how your area of treatment will react and its best to play it safe. Personally, I didn't want to be out in public with open pores and dust particles going on my face. After 24 hours my face was looking SO good and continued to improve until my next treatment. They say the results actually are a work-in-progress for up to four weeks. I saw results immediately and appreciate how my face looks now, yet I am still looking forward to more treatments. My close friends noticed just after my second treatment, and now even acquittances are noticing how clear my skin is looking and smooth it has become. I am truly an extremely happy customer. I believe in the treatment, and I would not have any other staff do this for me as now I am a loyal customer to The Ferguson Clinic. I tried the EndyMed here and am happy with the results. They worked around my vacation schedule to get me in and were very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt taken care of. Amazing staff!!! Teresa and Shabby are amazing! The staff look like model's and treats you like a VIP from the moment you walk in. The view of the mountain, boats and water are stunning. Dr. Ferguson, initially evaluated me, so you get to see a doctor for free and both of you decide what treatments can and should be done. If you want to see him, make sure you initially request a consultation on your appointment, even though it's minor as acne scarring, he can give you the correct treatments. He is very nice, warm, and understanding. He will recommend the best treatment for you, but also takes the time to hear what you want and explain the pros and cons of each. As for Teresa, she is very inviting and very beautiful, smart, and sophisticated and easy to speak to. She deals with consultations and coordinates prices for procedures, as well as other things, not known to me, but she looks very busy but takes the time to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. As for Shabby, she is the esthetician that does some of the procedures. Amazing and engaging, making procedures feel effortless and nonpainful. I highly recommend her for hair removal and microneedling as she is highly skilled. I went in for Laser hair removal and acne scarring, wrinkles in forehead, among other concerns that I will update everyone as time progresses, with all procedures. I currently had Laser hair removal on my underarms at The Ferguson Clinic and plan to do everywhere else and in between :p ,but in just one session, incredible results. I noticed no hair after the initial treatment and 3 weeks later, only a slight appearance. The photos below will show this. I know other clinics that offer Laser hair removal and the results are nothing like this and the prices are outrageous. At The Ferguson Clinic, the results are real and very promising, and way cheaper than everyone else. Everyone, go and get hair removal at The Ferguson Clinic, where other places promise only 25% reduction per treatment, based on my belief, The Ferguson Clinic offers better results, if not 90- 98% gone in one session, 100% in a few sessions. I was left with a lot of scaring and did a really poor job and no one told me I was suppose to be informed about massaging the area to help move fluid out . I had a baby in late December 2015. Before then, I was a very thin, athletic, build. I was having trouble getting back to ME... or even CLOSE!!! I TRIED EVERYTHING!!! So in September, 2017, my last resort was the Ferguson clinic. Upon consultation, everything went smoothly. The Dr. Told me he could get me down pretty small on my waist area. At first, it felt very routine while he was talking and I wasn't very comfortable. After speaking with the Dr again and my husband, I chose to go ahead with the surgery. He did a laser lipo procedure on me in my entire mid section. Immediately, I seemed smaller! Not by much due to swelling but I could see SOMETHING! The healing process was a bit painful at times-- as having a toddler around doesn't allow for much down time. Lol. Needless to say, 2 days after the surgery, I was back at work (as a nail tech). As time went on, I was worried that I had wasted my money, as the results weren't as drastic as I'd liked. But the office as a UNIT ensured me that I will see results over the next year. It is now april. I still have 5 months to see results and I haven't stepped into a gym ONCE since the surgery. My stomach is already flat and I'm down 2 pants sizes!!!!!!!!!!! I am back in my halter tops and size L top (compared to a 2x) and my love handles are GONE. I am already satisfied with the results AND the confidence the clinic had in how I would look. The most noticeable differences for me with the HydraFacial are how my skin feels (hydrated, smooth, clean) and how it looks (dewy, plump, less visible pores, etc.). Is it worth the cost? To me, yes, I wouldn't be writing this long post if it wasn't. There are other treatments I like to do as well, light peels, microdermabrasion, regular facials (the one I did with SkinCeuticals was really good), but the one thing I love about the HydraFacial is it's consistently good results every time. read more

I would definitely recommend you beware of this clinic. I was considering a surgical procedure and made the mistake of giving them my billing information before I made my decision. After they would not give me the details I was asking about, I decided to hold off on my decision about whether or not to have the procedure. But guess what? They sent in a bill to my credit card for the full charge of the procedure!! I fought the charge but they sent in bogus paperwork and I wound up having to pay a "cancellation fee," which was one fourth of the total cost of the procedure. Almost $2000. I went to this doctor because I was looking for Dr. Robert Flowers who had retired. BIG MISTAKE, after dr. ferguson attempted a lower lid blepharoplasty I couldn't close my left eye. I wish I had researched and gone to one of the Honolulu TOP TEN Plastic Surgeons. Actually, to have his mistake corrected I did go to a top ten surgeon. I had an excellent experience going here for some laser hair removal. The staff provided paperwork on arrival and greeted me as soon as I entered. My technician was super sweet. This is my first laser hair removal experience and since I have a mobility issue I was a little worried that we wouldn't be able to work around it. My tech was very understanding of my mobility issue and gave me a couple of options for positioning allowing me to choose the one that was most comfortable for me. She asked repeatedly throughout the procedure if I was doing OK in terms of pain level. It was fairly mild and not painful at all. Let me start by telling you all the ways Meg and the Ferguson clinic has saved my face. Meg was such an expert and really impressed me. She was able to tell me the reasoning (down to a science) why my skin is the way it is and the reasons behind why I was breaking out. She then explain to me in a very knowledgeable way, all the things that I can do to easily prevent my future cystic breakouts. I recently had hair transplant surgery at the Ferguson clinic late September to be exact. Hands down the best customer service and treatment I could have asked for. For starters the staff is unbelievable, they answered all the questions I had and got me an appointment within the week. I did my research and this was by far the most affordable option I came across. On top of the hair transplant they offer PRP which is essentially an up and coming treatment for the regeneration of hair growth that is included in the price that you pay. Shabby and Teresa are amazing. They are so sweet and make you feel at home. You don't feel like they are trying to oversell you a bunch of product that you don't need. I'm really disappointed in the service I received at the Ferguson Clinic. On the day of my treatment to have cheek fillers I was frantically rushed into the surgery. The nurse kept saying that she was late for something and they all seemed very unprepared for my treatment. The doctor came in and hardly said a word to me before aggressively injecting filler into my cheeks. They were all in a rush to get out of the clinic and I felt like I was rushed to get out as well. For the next few weeks, I ended up with severe bruising which concealer could not even cover. I was told there would be no downtime but I was actually unable to go out in public for a whole two weeks! Almost 8 weeks later I have been left with a bluish fat pocket underneath my right eye which the doctor claimed no responsibility for. He expressed that he cannot see anything, and cannot fix something he can't see. Since then I have been to Honolulu Med Spa to get a second opinion and the nurses there told me that the filler has in fact drifted and that the best treatment to fix it is to slowly dissolve it. I feel upset that Dr Ferguson never offered to fix it but I am in better care now with Honolulu Med Spa. read more
