Prepare to wait awhile if you come during peak times. The shop is small, and the set up doesn't allow for much maneuvering inside. Maybe in the future they can relocate to a shop with a better set up? Our cheese monger in Houston had several lanes to split up the "I'm here to taste cheeses" folk from the "I'm here to order a meal".
