While rachel is cool and all, why are we wearing/requiring masks in the big 2026? Totally ruined the personal vibe for me, didn't know what she looked like and overall ruined my haircut experience. Didn't really ask for feedback if I wanted to do a certain thing, just kinda chopped and when I said "it could be a little shorter" she refused. Also, the only reason I went to her was because of a groupon, an all Inclusive price, then she has the nerve to tell me I owe her for going over time.. what do you mean? you set a flat price for your Groupon and now you're charging me more? please. I basically gave her $75 when the Groupon was only $40. just because of "extra time" like holy overcharging for every little thing. Won't be returning, especially for those prices. Out of all of the times I've gotten my hair done, this was the best overall. It didn't feel rushed or like what I wanted couldn't be achieved. I really appreciate that I got to know her too and felt really comfortable, especially when sitting in a chair for hours - it went by so fast! I appreciated being asked what I liked and wanted for hair and maintenance. Overall, I 100% recommend. It's been a while since I have had my hair done but I saw a Groupon for The Final Cut Hair Studio and bought it. Let me tell you Rachel is AMAZINGLY talented at what she does. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease as soon as I walked in. She asks questions to figure out what you're looking for and is very honest in letting you know what will and will not work. I appreciate that because I'm not the expert. If I was I would be the hair stylist so I depend on them to let me know what will and will not work for my hair. She was really personable and had great conversation which makes the time go by. She really worked a miracle on my hair. It had been a while since my last cut and it was a big frizz ball mess. I had a deep conditioning, cut and style and she also gave a had massage as the conditioner was sitting. I told her at the end of I was a crier I would be crying. She made my hair look sooooo much healthier and gave me some everyday tips to help. I will be making the time in my schedule to come and see her every 3-4 months and get my hair cut. Rachel's Final Cut Hair Studio is a real find. She knows hair, knows her products and DEFINITELY knows her way around a head. She takes the time to find out what you're interested in having done, asks any questions she needs to find out precisely what that is, then goes to work plying her snip-snip magic. I walked out of there with the best haircut I've had in ages. Rachel also does color blending for men - here too she takes the time to find exactly the right shade to match and apply it with equal care and precision. I will not go back to this Salon! This Lady named Rachel don't know how to follow instructions, All I need is a trim and remove the dry ends on my hair. But, she chop 5 inches of my hair and it's too late before I noticed it. She chopped the back where I can't really see it. I had a Groupon to try out this salon. Mary was a complete flake. I can't tell you how many times I tried calling her with no response. It took her many many days to even attempt to return my call. When I finally exchanged my Groupon credit to try out another salon then she finally called me! I started to tell Mary over the phone that I thought she would be happy to not service me as I am moving out of the state next month and will not be a future client of hers and mid sentence she said "Great!" and then hung up on me! I am immensely picky about my hair and she always always blows me away with the quality and precision of her cuts. While many people have stated that she is unprofessional or rude, I have never found that to be the case. She is a very honest person.
