Three employees were sitting down chatting away while I waited for my appt. I went because i wanted to cut my hair into a long bob but my consultation specialist looked at my hair and said my hair was fried. There was nothing he could do, I was so confused. I said, I'm not here to dye my hair. I'm here for a haircut. He said, I know. You need keratin and once your hair gets healthy I could try. My hair has never held a curl and my bangs always fall out of a braid, but she was able to give me the wavy look I was after and kept my bangs in the braid. She did my hair at 7am Saturday morning, the wedding ended at 3 am sunday morning and I was able to keep my hair up and looking good on sunday afternoon and evening. When I arrived there was only one person waiting in the lobby, so I assumed it would be a quick wait. Instead, I sat there while a stylist finished with a client and walked out without acknowledging anyone in the lobby. The other person who had been waiting was taken back next, which made sense. But then another customer walked in and was taken immediately by a different stylist. Maybe he had an appointment, but it would have been helpful to know that before I drove down after being told to just come in. Then a pest control company came inside and started spraying behind the chairs and around the shop. The smell was strong and unpleasant. At that point I decided to leave before even getting my haircut. I drove to Floyd's across the street to since it didn't smell like pesticides and got my haircut there instead.
