I told them I had priced the part needed at the dealer and could save a couple hundred dollars by ordering the part myself from eBay. They were fine with that. The door on my truck was stuck closed and the latch mechanism was broken. Wouldn't even open from the outside. They had budgeted 1.5 hours to get the door open, but when they went to inspect it, it opened right up. They could easily have said nothing and charged me for the 1.5 hours labor, but JR took that off the bill. I have a whole new door panel and latch now for a very reasonable price in a very quick time frame. They were happy to work with me. These are honest people who know what they are doing.

Critical: Professionalism I had my car towed here after i…read morebroke down, the next day i had to call them because no one called me to give me a quote, I was asked by the receptionist if i wanted the mechanic to look at my car and give me a quote. even though when i spoke to her the day before, we had discussed a payment plan. l guess people just get their cars towed there just for the h*** of it. i called back and she said that " the mechanic" put my car on a diagnostic machine, and that it was the transmission. I then asked her if he bothered to look at it, she said she would talk to him, i called back 45 minutes later, and finally got "the mechanic" to talk to me, right away he was very rude and condescending. I'm no mechanic but i doubt if he took a through look at my car in 45 minutes time, he told me that my transmission was shot and if he opened it up he would just keep finding more and more stuff wrong and then offered to buy it, because they buy "junk" cars. the next day i no longer wanted to give them my business and sought out a different opinion, from an actual mechanic with better customer service skills, so i decided to get my car towed so i called to let him know that i will be having it towed, he then told me that me that he needed 60 dollars from me for having him "look" at it. when it was time to tow it, he wouldn't let the tow truck driver have it, he was literally holding my car hostage, even though i had called earlier and offered to pay over the phone or online for which they had no option to do so, so i told them that i would be there, when i got there i nearly fell on the side walk outside of their door, because they didn't put any salt down. then the tow truck driver came out of the business and proceeded to discuss with me everything that i had discussed with the "mechanic" why was my business being discussed with this man, beats the h*** outta me?! this place is very unprofessional and useless. My advice DO NOT USE THIS PLACE ESP IF YOU ARE BLACK! OR A WOMAN. I highly doubt if a man would have been treated this way.
