Fast response from original inquiry, quick scheduling and excellent work. I have a 7 year old Fire Magic Gas grill that I clean annually but it's just typically the surface dirt and grease on the unit and the grills. We use the BBQ 3-4 times a week all year long. My unit was starting to experience flare ups from all the grease inside the unit. It was starting to cake up with grease and grim along the inside as well. Jeff came out and took the entire BBQ apart and thoroughly cleaned the burners, grates, flavor grids, all Parts inside and out and when it was done it looked like it was brand new. He tested everything and goes over any concerns or issues there might be. Fortunately I didn't need any parts but I'm calling them next time or annually for sure. I set up a time with Greg a week in advance. He showed up on time and spent 3 hours on my Weber Summit Grill that had seen much better days. When he was done, it looked nearly new and performs exactly as it did new. Greg also found a small gas leak in a fitting I used (mine is a natural gas weber) and provided a new gas shutoff that he had stocked in his truck. I can't believe how great my grill looks and works. This is one of those nasty jobs that always gets put off. When my searing burner broke I thought I was just going to have it replaced and reinstalled. Greg came at the appointed time, and I mean at the EXACT time...high marks just for that. He gave me a price on the parts I needed and told me he would order them and then return to do the install. I proceeded to ask about regular maintenance and he told me about his cleaning service. So glad he did. We set a time when he would come back and do it all. Then I asked if he needed a deposit or payment for the parts, but he surprisingly said I could pay when it was done. When the parts arrived he again returned at the exact time...I love promptness. It shows respect for his time, my time and his business. He came with everything he needed including tarps and everything to keep my area clean. Quite a feat considering the built up grease and grime that he had to clean. I would not have thought it possible. When he was done, my $6000 12 year old grill looked brand new. Worth every penny that he charges and I will now have him back on a regular basis. I rarely review and when I do there has to be something either terribly wrong that I want to warn people about or something so right that I want to shout it from the rooftops. Greg was referred to me by a neighbor from a local neighborhood. His quote was SPOT ON, he was able to fix EVERYTHING that was wrong with our aging built in grill. I felt his pricing was reasonable and as expected for a grill the size of ours. His cost also included a cleaning, which it was long overdue for. He said he'd be here at 9am, and rang the bell to the minute. This, guy, Greg is great! I was concerned about an issue that I had with our Viking BBQ. The unit weighs over 200 pounds and is built into a concrete set up "bar" that a contractor made for us. The propane regulator broke and there really was no way to get to the input valve. Greg and a friend were able to lift the BBQ and change out the hose. Wow! That was a job! But the real story is what Greg did afterward. The unit was cleaned so well that it honestly appeared new. I was shocked at the unbelievable job that he did to make it shine like it came out of the original box. While he cleaned, I noticed that this guy really likes what he is doing! We had a BBQ that needed to be hooked up to a pre-existing gas line and our firepit needed servicing (ring cracked in several places and ignitor was shot) . Greg gave us a competitive and fair quote, showed up as promised -- including on two of the hottest days of the year, did a great job to research our firepit which has some custom components, and fixed everything within the quote he provided. Communication and response time is incredibly poor. We need our BBQ Galore Turbo grill cleaned and a valve repaired. I had to contact him 2 times to get him to engage. He came to inspect grill on March 10th. Got back to us on March 13th with price quote. Based on $396 quote, I emailed back that I was torn whether to repair Turbo or not, since we are in process of having new outdoor kitchen installed, but that this was a couple of month process (at least) and we needed a grill in the meantime, pointing out that there were new grills available for about the same price as his quote to repair...so asked if we did go the direction of having him clean and repair our Turbo could he have done in time for our granddaughter's bday party on April 8th. He replied that he could not, recommending that I go ahead and purchase the new grill. Turned out it rained the weekend of the party, so didn't need the BBQ by that date, so I tried to re-engage Greg with an email on 4/6 asking to get our grill fixed, because by then I'd looked at the $350 grills out there and would rather put the $$ into our Turbo, as it's just way better quality. Got no response from Greg. Inquired again on 4/27....still no response. As such, I feel the 1-Star "Eek! Methinks not" is an appropriate rating. Anyone you have to try this hard to do business with is probably someone not to do business with. If he won't engage to earn your business, imagine how he is if something goes wrong? read more

I have a 5 year old 42" Lynx Grill that needed a valve replaced on the pro-sear side. I called Lynx to get a name for an authorized dealer and they gave me Greg's name. I called Greg and made an appointment. As others have said, he arrived on time, replaced the valve and if I didn't see him doing the work there would be no way for me to know he was here. He is that conscientious and clean. Definitely recommend him, he is professional and thoroughly knowledgeable about my grill.
