This so-called business is a one-man show. (Robert T). He was an inexperienced (Repair Man). I hired him to repair my washing machine and once he finished, he made it worse. He promised a refund and reneged on his word. Ironically, I hired him based on the reviews, which appeared to be good. I should've dug deeper. I realize he had no business address on his advertisement other than (Dublin CA). [[HIGHLIGHT]]I asked several times for a business card he never presented one.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I asked for the work order in writing, and when I received it, there was no letterhead identifying his place of business. If you should choose this business, have everything in writing and only give him a deposit until the job is complete and working properly. I've been duped !! read more
