This one really stood out. It has that great local, small-town feel without being overly expensive like some spots can be. The menu has plenty of solid options, everything we've tried has been really good, and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality you get. One of my favorite touches is the coffee setup--they bring out an insulated carafe, so you can refill your cup whenever you want without waiting on a server. It's such a small thing, but it makes the whole experience feel more relaxed and enjoyable. Between the quality, the pricing, and the service, this place really checks all the boxes for us. We did not know what to expect from a rural food truck with only 3.5 stars at the time of our visit, but our growling bellies demanded that we risk it. OMG are we ever glad we did! Combine that everybody-knows-your-name feel of your local dive-bar, with the earnestly eclectic comfort of your favorite independent coffee house, then hide that under a wooden carport, and you will have the vaguest impression of the dining room. An order window faces into the humbly hip dining room, and a bright white sign, looking for all the world  like an oversized tri-fold pamphlet displays the menu.  I know exactly what I want from the pictures on Yelp, but I have trouble finding it. Turns out that if you want fried shrimp and sweet potato waffle-fries, that's just the Shrimp Basket with a substitution. Those sweet potato fries are pretty darn amazing, though, and the shrimp are some of the best ive had this far from an ocean. Raz went for the Cajun Pork plate. I was astounded at the slow burn of the spicing, and the absolute perfection of the succulent meat. The absolute star of the whole experience, however, was his side of spicy ranch-style beans. They were savory, smoky, spicy, and had almost none of the sweetness I generally associate with bbq beans. Thus, they were the perfect pintos, and I would be willing to make the half-day drive back here just for them. This place is an absolute diamond-in-the-rough, and worth every one of the 5 stars I'm giving.

Everything was so delicious. One thing I didn't like was that we were there a few minutes before 11:30 and were only allowed to order lunch. The lunch menu is very limited, and they were out of some items. We had soup, and it was really really good. There are only a few tables inside and more tables outside on the patio, so we sat outside. They have no bathrooms. That was a big bummer. Had to go somewhere else and make a purchase at that other place to be able to use a restroom somewhere else.

Pulled into the parking lot and electric vehicle chargers were like towers of hope for the power-deprived traveler. The menu looked limited. Was there for lunch. Breakfast menu looks extensive and good. Ordered a burger and turkey club and iced tea. Overall it's great. There were so many people with dogs or multiple dogs that sitting peacefully in the exterior seating area wasn't that peaceful as bickering alpha dogs tried to act dominant by whelping and arguing with each other. Wasn't a fan of the barking and screeching and loudness that lasted the entirety of the meal while observing the dog owners either oblivious to the mayhem or ignoring it while swiping on their janky iPhones.
