Update: 9 months later I still have not been reimbursed by their insurance company despite them filing a claim a few weeks after the incident. They did a great job on the installation, however they didn't clean the floors properly when they were finished. I had to clean them to remove the sawdust and debris from the baseboard installation. The reason for the one star is that after they reinstalled my washer and I went to u it sprayed water all over the new floors and leaked into three rooms and down the hallway. When I called them to fix the issue of their improper washer hookup they told me they were too busy to come out to fix it. Very poor customer service. read more

So I called and spoke with Bobby. Of course in December they were booked and I pretty much begged Bobby to please come look at my situation here. He and Evan came out and agreed to do it. I am SO happy they did! Very professional, and they took their time to do it right. They still got it done in the timeframe we discussed. Any problems they encountered along the way they talked to me about and came up with the best resolution. Very hard working and fast too! They were also very fair with me on price. They came back in the days after to clean the wood and do all the little finishes. They cleaned up and were very tidy on the job. I have a beautiful wood floor that I am so proud of!
