    Egg & cheese sandwich
    Thaila N.

One of my new favorite places to study/work in Seattle! There is a ton of indoor and outdoor seating. The outside seating was a little warm for me, but there is AC inside. The WiFi is fast. The only downside is there aren't many power outlets. The drip coffee was great. You can get it in a mug and refill it for I believe $0.80. Super convenient for those spending some time in the cafe, like me! I also really enjoyed the egg and cheese sandwich I got. I like that the bread is foccacia - I feel like this is unique for a breakfast sandwich. The space itself is very tidy. You bus your own table, but someone also comes by regularly to clean the tables. There is also a clean bathroom. Street parking only, so you might have to park a little further during busy hours. There are sooo many pastries that I want to try, so I will be back!

The Flora Bakehouse serves my favorite pastry - Kouign Amann - on the weekends, so I made sure to stop on my way to Portland. I also got the lemon ginger scone and the veggie frittata for something savory. Their food and pastries are solid. The buckwheat Kouign Amann did not disappoint, light and flakey and finished with the right amount of sweet. This is a very popular spot on the weekends. Located in south Seattle.

Had a vegan breakfast burrito and it was delicious. Liked that it has outdoor, downstairs AND upstairs AND patio seating options. All pastries looked yummy and my friend who had a blueberry muffin said it was good.

I stopped by for the croissant ice cream, and it was absolutely delicious--definitely indulgent, and worth every calorie. The contrast between the warm, flaky croissant and the cold, creamy ice cream was fantastic. I especially enjoyed the balance of flavors: sweet with just a touch of saltiness that kept each bite interesting. Seating inside is somewhat limited, but don't miss the rooftop area if the weather cooperates. On a lucky day, you can enjoy views of Mount Rainier while watching planes take off from Boeing Field, which makes for a uniquely Seattle-area experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive visit. If you're looking for a creative dessert and a relaxing spot with a view, this place is well worth checking out.

    Blackberry -earl grey cheesecake
    Loriana L.

The blackberry earl grey cheesecake is a special feature of the day, maybe for the month. Do Not pass on this dessert. Absolutely get your supply of almond and chocolate sea salt croissants, then add this cheesecake for an extra special treat. The balanced combination of tartness from the berries, floral notes from the bergamot in the earl grey, and creamy decadence was delicious. It can always look more beautiful plated with whipped cream and some berries, but it is a slice of not boring Basque-style cheesecake. 4/5 This is one of the absolute " must visit" bakeries for quality croissants and varying seasonal desserts. Try something new when there at peak hours. The service is always friendly and efficient inspite of busy conditions and long queue on weekends. There was a good supply of take away utensils and napkins at the end of counter. Limited parking in front and along neighborhood streets.

Was recommended this place and definitely tasted the reason why! Everything was freshly made to order and very delicious! It's tucked away in a neighborhood and had such a relaxing and laidback charm!

Aw unfortunately, after all the planning coming to this location, we didn't have the best experience :( It was supposed to be a nice one because we were celebrating. Parking wasn't that easy but we made it 10 minutes later. Car was extremely hot after coming back. Look at the right side when coming inside Menu is there. Some thing would be gone by mid-day. Coffe was good as well as the quinoa salad and the pizza round. The best was the mushroom sandwich. The down side was the breakfast sandwich. OMG, what's in it?? It's a mix of something like egg cause it is orange in a square shape. I guess is that "liquid egg" mix. Which most of the times isn't egg. Had some poppy seeds? And then realized: could it be the vegeterian version? Why calling it egg then?? The smell was the opposite of appetizing. I ordered them for children and they had some flakes. Not a big deal this, but I wouldn't recommend something that simple on paper, but not in plate. 3 small tables downstairs in the middle of the hall. Seating is extended upstairs. Cool inside. Very warm outside during summer. Water stations on both stories. Staff was OK. They won't answer back even when only waiting for a sandwich to come out of the oven. This was hilarious. Not even at Starbucks. The big "but" for my party is going with kids. Having to take them down and upstairs everytime when ordering or picking up stuff. Because, let me tell you, there is a lack of empathy at this place. You'll have to sort it out with a baby and toddler on one hand, and tray, cups, utensils, second tray, coffee, salad, and miscellaneous on the other hand. Yes...you read right. And bringing all upstairs on as many rounds as you can. While baristas (3 baristas to make coffee and warm sandwiches) were chatting. The bright side: 2 were preparing food for next day :) Fortunately, another patron came to the rescue. She was chatting with their party and was a great samaritan for standing up, helping with the door, and bringing one of the trays. Tip: let water run a bit in yhe restroom. I got burned. I guess it was a bit stalled and sun didn't help :( Price and tip are not cheap! Would I come back? Definitely no!

3.5 for me! I found my go to item here....the soft serve. One of the best ones I've had. The strawberry is everything. Shouldn't have gotten a twist, shoulda just done the full. Now I know. I got a kids size and it's essentially a regular adult size ha.

Great selection of baked goods both savory and sweet. Decent number of vegan options but not as many as I wanted The coffee here tasted absolutely amazing. One of those places where I'd like to go back again just for the coffee. We ordered a vegan Banana muffin and it was okay. Most of the items were sold out by the time we went there around 3pm. So I'd recommend going in early to checkout there full selection !

I absolutely love their Vegan coconut cake. Rarely crowded, clean, plenty of space to sit. Staff are efficient with orders. It's a bus your own table place but clean. I believe they have a spacious rooftop or patio space. I've only sat there a couple of times, most times I just come for the cake slice to go.

This café is so cute, finding parking was not hard. I just parked in the neighborhood. When you walk in, there's a case of baked goods and the wall to the right had a basic drink menu. The staff are cheery and were very kind when ordering. There's some seating on the main floor and more upstairs where there's an inside seating option and outdoor patio, which is perfect for the summer. I could tell the pastry I got was made fresh and is a nice spot if you want to be outdoors and enjoy your treats.

I noticed that they now pour drinks from a pre-made plastic jug instead of making them fresh like when the store first opened. I usually don't get sick from drinking coffee but twice in a row is pretty bad. Their drinks are also overly sweet and most of them do not have a 0% sweet option, which is usually what I order from other coffee and tea shops, and it's probably because most of the ingredients are pre-mixed. They also use thick plastic cups, considering that Seattle is a pretty green city and a lot of similar Vietnamese coffee shops use sustainable cups. Sad to say, but my time visiting this chain has come to an end.

It shares a parking lot with what looks like a defunct Rainier Beer Brewery building, though parking here was nearly packed near this location when I got here. Interior is very pink, very cute and very casual with semi-loud music and an environment that invites the laptop crowd to crowd in but without as much strength. There's also a drive-thru here, and the two baristas working the counter were super efficient dividing their time between the orders there and the orders coming from regular cafe patrons like myself! They were also pretty patient with me and other customers after me as I was still deciding what i wanted. They offer a wide variety of options from their signature coffees to healthier drinks and even some pastries and merch. You can get their drinks in various sizes, and the larger the size the more espresso shots it will have. With that said, I got their 16oz (2 shots of espresso) iced toffee butter macchiato with regular milk, and I could feel the espresso hitting me as I quickly downed the drink like I usually do. There's a little bit of sweetness from the caramel and toffee, and of course a strong caramel touch that actually stays on level with their coffee, which doesn't take over any of the taste added in. What a nice coffee place to stop at along a road that I travel often! I would so grab another one of their signature drinks when I come back here.

From: Jose‑Luis Reyes…read more * * Mr. Ollis has posted a public response to my review. Several statements in that response do not reflect the documented record and imply that my motivation is more than an attempt to resolve this matter. I address each one factually and without animus. Point 1. The Communication Record Mr. Ollis writes he "reached out directly" and "We have not heard back from you." The record: I received one email from Victrola stating the matter would be "looked into." No follow-up came by any channel. On September 5, 2026, I sent correspondence to three Victrola addresses including d.ollis@victrolacoffee.com three days before his public reply was posted. The claim I had not been heard from is directly contradicted by that correspondence. Point 2. Prior Conversations Mr. Ollis references conversations "for over 30-40 minutes." I have not returned to this location since July 6, 2026. Any such conversations predate the incident entirely. During fourteen years of patronage, no staff member ever indicated my conversation was unwelcome. Point 3. The Conduct of July 6, 2026 Mr. Ollis states the barista's intention was to give "appropriate attention to all customers." Here is what occurred: I arrived, ordered a coffee, paid $6.25, and sat at a table adjacent to the counter. I began a private conversation with a barista seated nearby. She then raised her hand, covered her ears, and repeated several times: "I don't want to hear about... I don't want to hear... I don't want to hear a history lesson!" This was an unambiguous directive to stop speaking and leave. I understood it as such. I raised both hands palms outward, said "Ok. Ok. I get it," rose from the table, walked to the service sink, poured out my coffee after one sip, and exited quickly. My departure was my direct response to that directive. That is why the coffee was discarded. That is why I left as I did. As I exited, the barista called out in a clear, lilting voice: "Goodbye, Jose." The tone was unmistakably performative. Mr. Ollis's response does not address the raised hand, the covered ears, the repeated phrase, or the manner of the farewell. Characterizing this as routine customer management does not account for these specific acts. Point 4. "Demanding Disciplinary Action" The word "demanding," applied publicly by name, misrepresents my position and requires a public correction. I have never demanded disciplinary action in any correspondence or statement. I sought acknowledgment of a documented conduct incident. A characterization of this nature published on a public platform, attributed by name, and unsupported by a single line of the correspondence record does not remain contained to this page. It attaches to a person's name in a forum that is searchable, indexed, and permanent; anyone reading this review at any point encounters that word alongside that name. That is the weight of a public statement made by Mr. Ollis, and it is precisely that weight which makes a specific, public correction required. Not merely a private acknowledgment. And it is the only proportionate response. * Point 5. The Keepsake The item left behind was a precision hand-made card stock model of scientific design, crafted by hand in 1995 during a fifteen-year incarceration at the McNeil Island Corrections Center, WA. My most treasured possession. I recovered it myself the same day, in a busing tub, undamaged. The apology is noted. The matter is closed. The coffee I purchased on July 6, 2026, cost $6.25. I poured it out after one sip as my direct response to the conduct above. A refund would be a proportionate acknowledgment of those circumstances. The acknowledgment matters more than the sum. I ask that Mr. Ollis correct the inaccuracies in Points 1 through 4, publicly, as they were made publicly. Jose-Luis Reyes, September 10, 2026, North Beacon Hill, Seattle, WA
