This level of customer service and care is truly rare. It's always a bit nerve-wracking giving your credit card information over the phone--especially for a $550 order--but Marie immediately sent me receipts, photos of the floral arrangement, and images of the gift card receipts and activation codes. This place makes it so hard to support small businesses. I would avoid at all costs since they don't seem to want business and are super unhelpful. For the business itself, I would suggest training your staff better and to treat people with respect.
