I was able to Zelle her for that extra bouquet so that was convenient and I appreciated that. I was told I would receive a picture of the bouquet prior to delivery or at time of delivery, I did not. No big deal, but just don't tell me you are if you aren't. I'm sure they were busy due to the holiday, but still. Lastly, I didn't expect the bouquet to look identical to what I chose online, but I felt it definitely wasn't as full, or have as many roses, as the picture.
