This place used to be so great! My boyfriend ordered flowers for me a few times, and they were always so perfect and lasted so long. However, this Valentine's Day, the flowers arrived and although he bought five dozen roses... We expected perfection for the price. When they arrived, there were a couple that were loose and up above the others. The edges were burnt looking and a few were aging drastically. After only three days, they were completely dead. Very sad. I know roses don't last very long, but good roses should last at least more than three days. When they arrived, they all had burnt tips so I knew they wouldn't last long to begin with. An update to my earlier review of three stars... After talking with my mom and sending her the photo, she was extremely disappointed in the arrangement as well. She said this is not what she ordered at all. She ordered an arrangement that was hot pink and green. She said it was supposed to have 10 hot pink roses. This is NOT what was delivered. This arrangement died over the weekend because it was done in oasis, and not in water. I came back to work from the two day weekend and everything was wilted and sad. Frankly, the more I look at this photo the angrier I get. This arrangement looks like it belongs on a church alter or at a funeral. read more

A bouquet was delivered for our anniversary and was lovely. Unfortunately, within two days the roses were wilted, other flowers were drying up, and it looked horrible. We sent pictures and an email asking for replacement or refund and they responded no. They insisted that it was past the 3 day policy and it was day 3. The day before was Thanksgiving and they were closed so we reached out first thing the next morning to get the arrangement replaced. The only thing they would do is replace the dead roses even though the whole bouquet was dying, and we had to return it to the store to have it done. Their website states they stand behind their flowers and if not 100% satisfied, they would make it right. The flowers were inferior, the owner was rude and they were unwilling to make it right. So I sent my in-laws flowers for their 50th anniversary. Cost over $100. Should have read the reviews first. Flowers arrived Friday and were dead by Sunday. Sent an email with pictures. No response. I then left a review per their email asking for feedback. Called several times. Got hung up on. Finally got a hold of somebody and they said they would replace them. Next day I get a message saying they will not replace them because of my review. I said well, I responded to your email asking for feedback. Didn't say where it would get posted to. Well they won't replace them. So I said well I guess my review is still accurate then. I said I would make sure I posted to yelp as well. So here ya go. They arrived in bad conditions. It's not even hot day, 62 degree. Our dear friends have been sending flowers for our family who lost their loved ones. I feel terrible that our friends spent money on these flowers. Don't order flowers for delivery service from here. We received 2 flower vase delivered and they both weren't in good condition. They seem to use old flowers for delivery services because there is no way buyers can check the quality of the flowers. This is not acceptable quality if I purchase flowers. read more

My husband called over a month ago to order me flowers for Valentine's Day & instead of being surprised & happy I was upset & disappointed. This year he ordered them for delivery he usually comes home with them but when they didn't arrive till after 4pm it was pretty ridiculous! Not only that but my flowers were dead, wilted & falling apart. When he called the number that was on the card it was this flower shop even though he ordered them on 1800 flowers, so it was a big hassle to even get this resolved. The guy on the phone told my husband he would have a fresh bouquet for me next day delivered. So yesterday I waited all day for a fresh bouquet to be delivered and by 4pm I was disappointed yet again. I called the shop and they told me I had to wait because the person dealing with what happened wasn't there yet & that if they were to redeliver the flowers wouldn't be fresh because they didn't get a new delivery. Why would you deliver flowers at all if they aren't fresh, especially on Valentine's Day?! Then she proceeded to tell me that it wasn't their fault that it was the delivery persons fault due to air conditioning. Are you kidding me? Then I called today to let them know we will not be wanting a new delivery of flowers & won't be returning & she didn't seem to care. She said the pictures my husband posted didn't look bad, but if you spend upwards of $170 on a bouquet and then you look on 1800 flowers website and the same one is selling for under $70 there's something extremely wrong. Poor customer service! Update to my review because the manager from the flower shop decided to comment & still doesn't understand why I was rude on the phone after having to deal with this for 3 days. Obviously you don't learn from mistakes because I just went through everyone else's reviews on your yelp, which are all mostly 1 star & some like myself at this point would put 0. This shop has POOR customer service & I don't appreciate the caddy responses I am now receiving. All of the Lilly's in my bouquet EXCEPT the ones which haven't bloomed yet are dead & wilted as seen in my pictures, the roses all had wilted pedals and dark marks, the green leafs had holes & were super dry that if you touch them leafs & pedals fall off. Just to put water in there was a mess, which by the way when I checked after receiving them there was hardly any water in there. I spoke to Laura who did in fact blame it on the driver stating it could have been the air conditioning so no need to try and back up what was said if you weren't the one on the phone. Oh & if this shop has fresh flowers "everyday" then why was I told that I would have to wait another day to be delivered fresh flowers because they would look the same as the first ones if they had delivered them to me the next day as promised? read more

Very poor flower quality and "don't care" customer service. We received a bouquet for my wife's medical recovery from this place last Friday (12/18) The vase was beautiful but the arrangement had flowers which started to die within two days. We called them and they agreed to deliver a replacement yesterday (12/22). It came but the vase was very cheap, not like the original. Today, less than 24 hours after delivery, flowers in this arrangement were dying. We called to tell them they had a supplier problem and they said they'd talk to the manager and call back. After several hours, and not hearing from them, we called and the snippy person answering the phone said we already had a replacement and they would not deliver another. This was an expensive arrangement and we had to notify the original sender that they should seek a refund from FTD. Meanwhile, we hope no one else has to accept bad flowers from this company which doesn't stand behind the quality of their product. The delivery of my flowers was very good. They called to be sure we were home and again when they were on our street. The penultimate number in the house number they were given wasn't quite right but they were able to deliver and left it at the front door for "no contact ". However, when I brought the arrangement inside the only open lily was smashed. The sender asked for a photo and I didn't want her to feel bad so I sent the view of the other side. She wasn't pleased; it was mostly buds. The four rosebuds never did open, even a little bit more. The lilies did bloom, but as they had no support they drooped over. Having worked at a florist it is clear to me that the designer had no idea what the flowers do as they bloomed or just didn't care. The next day I received a call from the florist asking for a call back, but as I spent most of the day at the hospital I waited until the following day. Upon calling they could not determine why they had called even when I told them that the sender had requested a photo. They thought I should call my sender and determine if she had complained.
