I order a very expensive floral arrangment for a service today. The arrangement was over $200 and less than mediocre. I could have made the same thing at home. I was beyond disappointed with how it looked. I also paid $15 to have it delievered the morning of the service. They delievered it the DAY before. I had to call half way through the service and figure out where they delievered it to. The lady argued with me that the funeral home did not accept deliveries in the morning which is completely untrue. This flower shop is awful. Misleading, Poor Quality, and Unprofessional Response I ordered a funeral spray and clearly included instructions requesting a banner. The banner was an important part of the arrangement. Instead of contacting me to clarify (which is basic customer service), the order was delivered without the banner. By the time I was notified--just before 8pm--it was too late to fix such an important detail, especially since the business lists their closing hours online as 6pm. There was no way I could have called them to resolve this in time. When I reached out, the response I received from Vanessa was dismissive and unprofessional. She wrote: "If you have time to zoom in the picture what we did for you and count the flowers stems by stem to see how much more flowers we add in the spray." She also stated: "You didn't add the banner on your order... You email and we are not check emails every minute. I just saw it now and we are not open until 8:30 tomorrow. We couldn't do it." This was shocking to read. I did not ask for more flowers--I specifically requested a banner. A simple phone call to clarify during the day would have prevented this issue, but instead I was left with excuses. To make matters worse, the spray itself looked nothing like the photo online. The picture advertised was full and elegant, but what we received had lilies that weren't even bloomed and lacked fullness overall. For the price paid, it was not worth the money and felt misleading. Funerals are once-in-a-lifetime events where details matter deeply. Their lack of accountability, compassion, and quality control made an already difficult day even harder. When I called to speak with the owner, she said the delivery timing and premium was not her problem, she received a flat rate of $52 for the order. Check all the boxes for poor customer service: over charged, delivered late, delivered unprofessionally, poorly assembled and not true to the bouquet I ordered and when I call with my concerns, I got nothing but excuses and deflection. I obtained quotes from three different floral shops, and not only did this shop offer the most affordable quote, but their flowers were also exceptionally beautiful. We ordered over $3,000 worth of flowers for my mom's funeral, and I'd estimate that over 90% of them were stunning. The flowers were delivered promptly in the early morning. I was just a bit disappointed because I had purposely chosen an all white sympathy arrangement and the one my friend received had some colored flowers and fillers. I placed an order for a tulip arrangement to be delivered to my Mother-in-Law the day before Mother's Day, when she hadn't yet received the flowers @ 5:30pm I called the florist. The lady I spoke with looked up my MIL address and assured me that they would be delivered no later than 6:30pm, she never received them. Okay, here it goes... This place deserves a ZERO not even a star! See each picture and picture caption below for thorough details. My recipient did not receive the flower arrangement that I had purchased on the website. I paid for the premium arrangement. As you can clearly see in the photos, the actual delivery is less full and way less roses than what was falsely advertised on the website. Upon calling the flower shop once in the early morning and second time a bit later in the morning, The lady gave both my husband and I two different times of delivery. When calling the shop lady regarding a refund, she state she will need to go pick the flowers back up... yes, You heard right! She had the audacity to ask to collect the delivered flowers on someone's 50th birthday back. Honestly was a bit worried my flower wouldn't be delivered or wouldn't be of quality from the reviews I saw. I ordered flowers from their website about 2 weeks before Mothers day and had the delivery date set to the day before because they didnt give me an option to send it on Mother's day. May 7 came around- it was already past 6 pm and my flowers were not delivered. I took a chance and called the shop even if it said they were closed. Someone thankfully answered and told me it would be delivered on Mother's day. As promised, they came and turned out lovely. My boyfriend's mom took a pic for me and I am satisfied with how it looked compared to the picture. The reason I gave four stars was because it seems like they are a bit disorganized when it comes to delivering on time, but I was lucky that it came on the day I wanted from the beginning anyway. I get to the shop at 12pm and walk it. I show the lady my confirmation number. She searches for a paper and finally says some bs excuse "oh I was just about to call you" yeah right don't lie to my face you weren't going to call me. She then says that they will still be delivered and I pay thinking my mom will get some amazing flowers. My mom said when they were delivered that the lady said who they were from and then quickly left like she was scared. If you would have followed instructions that I wrote on the card it would have said who they were from and not some half ass, poorly written in a hurry happy Valentine's Day. I will never come back here again and I hope if you are reading this you find another florist who will follow instructions and create beautiful arrangements and not dead shit. If I wanted dead flowers I would have picked them from my backyard. DO NOT shop here. These people are terrible florists, liars, and just bad business people. The order confirmed immediately, money was taken. No flowers ever showed up. No call, no text, no email. I called the business the following afternoon (Feb 150) and was told "we don't deliver to that area". Generally if you don't deliver to a specific area, your website is setup to reject the order and simply specify "out of our service area". I wish I came on yelp and read the reviews before choosing this business to deliver flowers. I absolutely do not suggest this place even if it's the cheaper/cheapest option. I ordered flowers for delivery in advance (not same day delivery) and there was no confirmation or estimated time of delivery for the selected date. The whole day went and it is past 8pm and the flowers still have not been delivered. If you already ordered your flowers and you are also worried, you can try calling them after hours. I called them after hours and they said they will deliver in the morning next day and immediately hung up. So I can't even ask them for a refund before they hung up on me. I needed to order flowers for my Mother-in-Law's Celebration of Life and had used The Flower Shop in the past. I placed an order for Teleflora's Divine Peace Bouquet which had a crystal cross with lots of flowers. Eight days have gone by and the chrysanthemums, stock, carnations and roses still look like I picked them up yesterday. There were other flora in the bouquet, all white flowers, green ferns and a variegated silvery Dusty Miller leaves. This was and still is a beautiful arrangement. How to express how this flower shop is run in one word. I can't!! Walk in and nobody asks if you need help. Boxes and flowers on the floor I looked for a desk where you normally would go to speak with someone and all you see is a big dining table full of clutter! They don't even have a cash register!! I asked if they take cards or cash. She told me cash. I was expecting to pay more but didn't charge me tax? So no register, she doesn't charge me tax because I paid cash? I'm confused. I would never use this shop for anything. My daughter sent me some flowers for an early birthday on Saturday August 13th. She called me Saturday afternoon and told me to look on my porch as she was notified my flowers had been delivered. I looked and there was no flowers. The flowers were delivered to someone else. Am not sure where they delivered or to who. I received the flowers sat at 5:38 PM. Not sure who delivered the flowers is because all the person did was ring the doorbell and left them on my front porch. Not sure if it was the flower delivery driver or the person who got them by mistake. The flowers had obviously been sitting outside in the hot blazing 100+ temperature because they were half wilted and dead from the sun. There was never any contact between the driver, the shop and myself. No apologies,, nothing. My daughter had called the shop that Saturday and spoke to a gentleman who was rude per my daughter not believing her that the flowers were never delivered. They told her if they found out later that they were indeed delivered elsewhere, they would be sending an upgraded bouquet of flowers which never happened. During the last 2+weeks I have called the shop at least 6-8 times and there has never been anyone that answered and no voice mail to leave a message. Finally today i decided to to leave my review.
