One of the best cocktail bars not just on Kauai'i, not just in Hawaii...but...ever. There is a diverse selection of drinks made from scratch. Some are takes on old classics, some are concoctions you've never seen before! Ambiance is fun, dark, and sexy. Service is great. The food menu might be ever more inventive. What something looks like based on the menu and what comes out to your table are often very different things: in a good way. It looks like there are still under 20 reviews at this writing so...I fully expect there to be 1-2 hour waits to get into this place shortly, once it's more discovered. It's that good.

Hitting up tiki bars around the world is a fun hobby of mine and this little spot absolutely owns the "flying saucer" tiki vibe. Great service and incredible pupus and drinks. The drink names match perfectly to the drinks themselves. Highly recommend their Starfkr and the wedge salad. Make sure to get the "happy meal" too for the best tomato soup ever.

Super cute hidden little bar upstairs above the Fish Deli, with fun vibes, great service, and food that is way more delicious than it needs to be! Order the spicy beef poke nachos, shrimp toast and hibachi and you will be getting yummy umami flavor bombs that pair perfectly with mocktails or cocktails. Not a huge space and they don't do takeout but well worth a visit.

We have a home on Kauai, and are always looking for new places to go out. This one topped the charts! It's a little hole-in-the-wall upstairs from Fish-Bar-Deli in the old crystal shop spot. (IYKYK) It's only open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5- 11 so plan accordingly. Not cheap for drinks and pupus, but as Kauai locals, we understand that if your cocktail isn't close to $20, it's because there isn't any booze in it. That being said, everything we had was fabulous! We ordered 3 different special cocktails and sipped around on each. Then shared the Ahi Carpaccio, which was totally unique, nothing like the usual island poke suspects. Our flying saucers were over-stuffed with locally sourced goat cheese, which we dipped in the best tomato soup I have ever tasted. And I am a connoisseur of the grilled cheese and tomato soup combo. For dessert, we had the house-made chocolate ice cream sundae with whipped cream, crunchy chocolate tidbits, and a better fudge sauce than I have ever had in a restaurant dessert. Not a place for big parties or kids, but very, very cool.

A must stop for us every time we're in Kauai! The cocktails are so special and well curated. The staff is friendly, and the bar bites are delicious. You MUST try the popcorn, the chili crunch is delicious.

Incredible drinks and food! Loved the Moonrise Kingdom, Atomic Zombie and Pocket full of Stars!! Awesome tiki bar vibes! Come early to get a seat!

Absolutely amazing find! We went downstairs to eat, but were put on a waitlist and a local overhead our debating about wanting a drink but being too tired to wait and suggested this place upstairs. Total score. We ordered mai tais, the chili crisp popcorn, spicy beef poke nachos, the crispy rice salad, the mochiko corn dog, and banana split and each and every one was incredible. We are foodies from california and we come from families of foodies and cooks... so this is high praise! Not every surprise venture is a good one, but this place certainly was and is a genuine GEM on Kauai. We will be back during our stay, and recommend it to friends who visit afterwards. Highly recommended!

After getting a tattoo done at little tsunami, we figured to try out this new spot. We were a bit early and just hanged out on the lanai area which was very entertaining. Great location and service. We ordered a few things on the menu and it did not disappoint. We ordered goat cheese flying saucer with tomato soup, crispy rice salad, chili crisp and truffle popcorn, deep fried hamachi with shiso/jalepeno ranch and a grilled shrimp sandwich. Grilled shrimp sandwich was my favorite. Their inside ambiance was great and different from the rest. Need to go back to try the scorpion bowl drink for 2-3 people.

It's a charming little place that has an eclectic yet classy feel, fun decor, Jade looking small side plates, gold flatware. Everything we ordered was tasty, service was good! Excellent Dirty martini with specialty green olives I will go back and try more of their unique dishes. Be patient, it's a small kitchen, can be a bit of a wait, if busy! Love the vibe and happy that it's in the heart of Kapa'a town.

"Fortune favors the brave" truly one of the best cocktails I have ever had, creamy, not too sweet. Utter perfection. I will dream about this cocktail. Our bartender was the sweetest human. We had the best experience. I will never forget this bar. The chili popcorn is CRAZY.

This felt like a hidden gem. The crunchy rice, out of this world. The drinks are made for you right in front of you with fresh ingredients and they have good quality spirits. The girls who own it are AMAZING, friendly and passionate and they've obviously made this place in the image of what brings them joy, so it brings others the same. Would recommend.

The drink all the way on the left is the zombie cocktail. 10/10

I love this place! The bartenders are super sweet and amazing. I tried 3 cocktails and they all were super delicious. I highly recommend this bar! It's a great place to end the night

When we pulled up around 7pm, there was just 1 other party that was there and they were seated outside. There was live music and we asked to be seated right in front of him. Boy, that was a big mistake as the speaker was right there and it was very difficult for me and my wife to carry any kind of conversation. That was mostly my fault and I should have asked to be seated a few tables back. But it was fine as the musician was great the whole night with his soothing voice and relaxing tunes. There were only 2 servers at the time so getting my drink refilled was a little slow. We ordered the fried enoki mushrooms. Not sure where they were going with this dish as enoki mushrooms don't really have any taste to them. Plus it's a little stringy. I thought it was a little oily. Not sure if the oil was hot enough when they fried this, but it was a bit greasy and since it didn't have any taste to it, the tartar sauce pretty much carried the dish. My ribeye, however, was great. It was cooked medium-rare with a lot of mashed potatoes. The peppercorn cream sauce was a nice touch and didn't overshadow the meat. The one thing I would suggest is that the ribeye was on the thin side, so it didn't get that char crispiness that you would be able to get on a thicker steak. Since I asked for it to be medium rare, getting the desired texture would not be possible. I would have liked to be thicker as the bite would be more substantial. I normally associate a thin cut to a cheap or budget steak. Flavor-wise and temp, it was perfect. There was so much mashed potatoes that I ended up leaving half of it on the plate. It's a garlic mash and really tasty. The Osso Buco was tender, fall off the bone. I did, however, find it to be a little too salty though. You also get a lot of Risotto. They do not skimp on portions here. Great find.
