The Buffalo and Dry Rub wings
    LaRaun C.

In Indy for a work trip and stopped in after the gym based on a hotel recommendation--so glad I did. The wings were excellent (dry rub of the month was on point), and the wedge salad hit the spot. Service was fast, friendly, and attentive. Cocktails were solid, and the vibe was great with music on and games playing. Felt like a local industry hangout. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the Indianapolis area

it pains me to post another review, and so quick to my last but wanted to share a message I received from a fellow patron of this establishment, only to give everyone an opportunity to try and understand the importance of being mindful of what conversations are had while at work. as co-workers of mine were enjoying lunch today, they overheard the bartender complaining with a patron at the bar about how they couldn't take a shot with them because of how "crazy Yelp reviewers are" and that they "ruin everything" -- I have frequented this establishment for going on 4 years now and this is disheartening (was just there earlier today having a good heart to heart with my brother) they are called growing pains for a reason and it's better to lean into the lesson to be learned so these things don't continue to happen. it only takes one wrong turn and one sour apple.

Now this sports bar is something else: I would recommend you go out and try it yourself. Plenty of room inside. Top of the stairs to the back you have pool tables: my friend Brian and I were in town for work and decided to try out the bars close to our hotel room. This place didn't disappoint. Perfect for hanging out and spaced out quite nice. They also have another section as you walk in with dart boards with an tunes box you can play the music you want to listen to. They did a good job adding some padding to the ceiling trying to have the noice not bounce in the bar: might need to add a couple more because it gets loud. lol when they crank the music. Now right outside there is a patio. Where you can sit abs have cocktails with your friends. So all in all a good bar to go sit have bar food and have some fun. I would recommend you stop in and try them out. Now they are not as visible from the road but when you pull up you will know you have arrived.

A random Sunday adventure, an aquatiance invited me along to check out this bar. I'm always one to try something new so I accepted. Located over on 86th street tucked right new to an auto shop you will find this bar. There's outdoor seating options for when we are in a cold 6-7 months and then the inside offers plenty of seating options. I sat at the bar and was impressed with the friendly and prompt service. Extensive drink menu, since it was Sunday there were Bloody Mary and mimosa specials. Loved my Bloody Mary! It was made with a hot pepper vodka and it was the perfect flavor.. The breakfast options were standard, very much a diner feel, breakfast that just gets to the point. I had the classic that came with bacon, eggs, toast and hash browns.. simple but tasty.

It's a small touch that makes the experience even better. If you order the wings, don't skip the signature sauce. We've become huge fans of it, and it's one of the reasons we keep coming back. Overall, it's a great spot to grab a drink, catch up with friends, and enjoy the patio. Next on our list is trying the giant pretzel, which is served with your choice of queso or mustard. Looking forward to giving that a try on our next visit!

Coming in on a Thursday night, we experienced a bit of a rush for seating but we were sat quickly enough and then got our subsequent service fairly quickly as well. This location I think is cozier than others, where it's more sectioned off into a couple different areas with a family friendly area at the front and the bar area a little more separated. We got a nacho to start. It is huge. It can be a whole meal. We accidentally made it most of ours! I got a sweet plum burger as my main dinner. I had about half of it for dinner and saved the rest for later. I didn't think it was anything super special since the sweet plum sauce doesn't really come through in the way I would have hoped. For dessert, we got a strawberry and vanilla ice cream. I wish we could have tried the brownie, but the snow storm of Jan '26 probably made supply chain difficult. Altogether, under devour, starter, 2 mains, and dessert was $40. Pretty good deal if you ask me! I'd certainly come again!

When we arrived, the place was empty. We weren't even sure that they were open until we saw the kitchen staff behind the line. Upon entering, I saw a kiosk where you can place your order, but a woman emerged from the back to take our orders. Being that we weren't familiar with the menu, I told her that the kiosk might be easier. She insisted that it wasn't, and as I went on, I realized the same. The kiosk states that there is a $1.25 charge for the sauce on the side, but she explained that it comes with one sauce free of charge and additional sauces cost extra. We placed our order with her: A small Italian salad to share, the Fatty B calzone with the spicy marinara sauce and the Hot Mother Clucker calzone with the chipotle garlic ranch. We ordered them with the suggested sauces but also order the regular marinara and the garlic sauces on the side. We were given glasses for water (self-serve from the soda fountain) and also ordered a bottled beer and canned cider. By the time we were done ordering, a line had formed. The store was understaffed, which was explained to us later, so we had to exercise patience. We didn't receive our beverages until after the calzones were delivered. Before that, we received our rather large, small salad. It was more than enough for two people. The woman had explained to us that it comes with 4 cups of lettuce plus the toppings. That information helped us make our decision to share. The space is large and we noticed cornhole boards to be used on the patio. Unfortunately, it was raining when we went, otherwise we would have played. The calzones were good and filling. Neither of us finished ours and had food to enjoy at home later that evening. The Hot Mother Clucker isn't very pizza-esque, but dipping it into marinara sort of brought it back into the fold. The suggested chipotle garlic ranch was a better pairing indeed. The salad bowl/plate is oddly shaped, which caused toppings to being spilling off the sides. When it was brought to our table, the woman tried saving the toppings by wedging them between the order slip and her fingers and dumping them back onto our plate. I stopped her. I wasn't trying to be rude, but I don't want to eat food that a stranger's hands have touched. I explained this to her. She tried to assure us that she washes her hands constantly throughout the day, but she'd just come over from the register without a handwashing break. Just let the toppings fall where they may! Let's keep it hygienic.

They situated us in a room that was quaint enough for our party and our table was rounded so we all could connect. We were seated around 7:30 pm. We placed our orders for drinks and then our meals. When we got our chips and salsa we had to ask for napkins and when our dinner finally came we had to wait for silverware. I guess they were dirty so we couldn't eat our hot food because we had nothing to eat it with. We were fine with to go silverware but that wasn't offered to us. This went on for about 10 mins! After everyone got their dinner I was still waiting for mine. By the time my quesadilla came out everyone was almost finished with their meal. Again, I had just gotten off work so I was trying to be patient but my meal came out extremely late. Liz apologized for the inconvenience but I was not happy how they handled the situation. It gets worse. After I get my food and I'm halfway through it, I bit a piece of plastic that was in my quesadilla. I showed Liz and all she said was, "OH" and took the plate with her. No acknowledgment of what just happened and what I had showed her. If you've followed me for a period of time, you know I appreciate great customer service and this spot was horrible. Even if the food is trash I would still go back and try it again if the service was great. This place is a hard no for me. The unfortunate thing is that if I had acted crazy, yelled and became angry, I'm sure they would have addressed the issue. Not one manager came out while I was waiting for my food, when we waited for silverware or when I showed them the piece of plastic in my plate. At this point, I was extremely disappointed and I'll never patronize a business that can't take the time to address clear issues. When she brought out my bill there were no apologies, they actually charged me for something I didn't even order (tomatillos). Overall the food was flavorful but the service was not good. After we got our bill, Liz never came back to check on us. I guess after getting the gratuity from us having a big party we were no longer a concern. There are some amazing Mexican restaurants that value nice patrons and when you have a problem, at the very least, they will have management acknowledge it or address it. Completely disappointed with our experience. Side-note: I added the salsa to the queso because the salsa was super watery and I tried to thicken it with queso but it didn't work. My bill was around $30 including my drink, meal and the gratuity. Not bad for a girls night out but we'd rather be treated like valued patrons so we will definitely go elsewhere.

Turns out the entire heated patio is first come, first served, and we were seated almost immediately. It was one of those windy Indiana afternoons where the cold finds every gap in your jacket. I fully expected to spend lunch shivering. Somehow, the heated patio felt warmer than the restaurant itself. Between the TVs, football on every screen, and the patio heaters, we had zero complaints. Now let's talk about the famous pepperoni-stuffed breadsticks. They're a must. And order your own nacho cheese. Seriously. Don't expect anyone to share. I could eat a shoe dipped in their cheese and probably enjoy every bite. The breadsticks always arrive piping hot, stuffed with gooey mozzarella, and if we're judging on a cheese-pull scale...I'm giving them a solid 7/10 on the stretch meter. As for our server, Zach...what a true gem. He's one of those people I'd honestly be surprised to hear anyone say they didn't like. Funny, quick with the jokes, and somehow kept up with the chaos without missing a beat. He also made sure my lemon drop martinis never had a chance to get lonely.
