Been to half a dozen Twin Peaks around the country, this my absolute favorite. Consistently stacked staff that's always patient regardless if you're popping in for a drink, lunch or dinner. The food is consistent, the triple play chips is a must start, burgers are solid, salmon is delightful and cheesecake is incredible. We knew what we were getting into and why a lot of people come here but it was the only place we could find the notre dame game playing so we went. We were so wonderfully surprised at our experience. Our waitress was absolutely lovely and chatted with us and asked us about what we wanted food wise and drink wise. She checked on us often. We were in the back/side room so it was quieter which was nice. I couldn't believe how reasonable the prices were for shots and drinks and the food. We got wings and their tacos (we really liked the tacos) and other snacks and all the food was tasty. Sunday Sunday! Wasnt so fun! Dont get me wrong this place is great for games and just getting together. The scenery is nice and food is great!.. but this day the manager was not having a good day. So I ended up leaving before game went off. He wouldn't turn the tvs to our game and he turned the sound almost off. Multiple people complained about sound being too low but he would not adjust it. Tried this place out for the first time and I gotta say I was super surprised. The decor is very woodsy with a lumberjack vibe. The servers wear jean shorts and flannels shirt tops. The hostess at the front was super nice, got me sat down quickly and explained how to get their menu (QR Barcode). Then I met my server. Her name was Kayleigh and I've got to say she was an absolute sweetheart , quick as a whip and super attentive. Never have I had a server make me feel as welcome so quickly in my life as she did. She got my PBR (chilled to a cool 29 degrees) to me quickly and recommended the Billion Bacon Burger. The attitudes of the servers. I greatly understand that Saturday nights are difficult, but most the the employees here treated me as if everything was my fault. Hey, I had a tough day too. Okay 3 starts makes sense to me. We recent came here at my b/f request for a surprise birthday party. They were great to be able to quickly accommodate a party of about 15 ppl without a reservation (they don't take reservations but i did call to give them a heads up). The wait staff meet the criteria you would expect for a place like this. The table overall was pleased with the general experience, but the service was a little lacking. I guess perhaps that is too be expected with a larger party but maybe they needed to assign two servers to us so that we had someone occasionally checking in on us. The food was just okay. This has been the most disappointing experience I have ever had!! Coming into the restaurant, the host was so lovely, which we appriciate, we were seated, it took our server 10 minutes to come talk to us, which we would've understood if they were busy, but there was not a lot of people at the restaurant. We got 6 bone in spicy thai chili wings, 6 nashville hot wings, fries, and "lobster" mac & cheese. So the spicy thai wings were great, perfectly crisp to sauce ratio, HOWEVER, the nashville hot wings were so dry that when you ate them they left your mouth begging for water, and the fries were cold. It was obvious that they made the fries & nashville hot wings first and then the spicy thai wings. The "lobster" mac & cheese was very cheesy, BUT, the table behind us asked the waitress what's good to eat, and she listed a lot of menu items to NOT GET, in which, she told them that the lobster mac & cheese is not real lobster and it's not real seafood!!!! So it left us wondering what is it???? My partner & I agreed that it tasted like the dehydrated tuna that come in the $.99 packets. There was some of the cheese that was stuck to the casserole it came in, & overall, it was less than good. Our waitress Erin dropped by our table 17 minutes after we got our food, only had a conversation with my partner, got HIM water & DID NOT BRING ME WATER!!!!! I had to go to the bar, wait 8 min for the bartender to come back to ask for water!!! A group of my friends and I went on a Friday night around 8:30 PM. When we walked in, the host didn't even look at us while we were standing right in front of her. There was no smile or anything. After we sat down, our waitress didn't introduce herself or say much to us, and throughout the night, she barely came by our table. We probably saw her a maximum of five times in two hours. I understand that Friday nights are busy, but at the end of the day, it's her job to serve her tables with a good attitude and actually talk to the customers, especially at a restaurant like this. My girlfriends and I were the only girls there and were excited to come for the first time. The food was good but nothing special. I stopped a waitress because I thought she was super pretty and complimented her, telling her she was gorgeous. She looked at me and, in a very rude, monotone, condescending voice, said, "Thanks, you guys too," which isn't a rude response, but the tone was genuinely insane. She walked away and then talked to her coworkers, continuing to look at us rudely. It was absolutely insane how these women treated fellow women. After waiting at least 20 minutes, our waitress came back with our check. She handed us the bill without looking at any of us and then walked away with a dirty look on her face. We were all polite and planning on tipping well, but after everything, we barely tipped 15%. I genuinely will never go back again. read more

Visited for the first time on Saturday afternoon around 1pm. Not busy, and many tables were available. We were led to a high-top near the front bar and given a couple of menus. The menu I received was dirty with some food substance smeared across; I flagged our waitress down for a new menu. It was then, that I also noticed that our table had not been cleaned, because my hand and forearm made contact with a sticky substance. Once again, I flagged a waitress down and asked her if she could please bring me something to clean the table. She asked if we had seated ourselves or if someone had seated us there. I told her we had been seated at this table. We actually had 3 different waitresses during our visit. Our drink orders were taken and served and then we placed our lunch order. When our food order was dropped off, I had to flag one of the waitresses down to bring us flatware and napkins. It was a few minutes later when yet another waitress stopped to ask how our food was and I had to remind her that my order came with chips and salsa, which I had not received. We looked around and there were a lot of waitresses who were seated and talking with other solo guests. I get it.... but, my husband and I were also paying guests and this was our first time to visit, and will be our last. One or two instances of our table service being overlooked could be expected, but this became comical; dirty menu, dirty table, no utensils or napkins in which to eat our food with, and we had to ask for all our food to be delivered. Husband did say the beer was cold, so that was a plus. Otherwise, not impressed. People work hard for their money. I expected better; management should too. read more

It was a very thin piece of trout. It didn't need to cook that long blackened and burnt are too different things. Very inconsistent, but usually slow. I've gone about 2x a month for a burger and a beer, and have given up on the place. Service tends to be awful. Walked in 3pm today, nobody @ front desk or on the floor for 5 mins. Got seated (and noticed a server camped out, sitting with a customer). Nobody bothered to come by for another 5 minutes. Gave up, and while walking out, noticed the two servers (the one that sat, and the other) chatting with customer - oblivious to the idea that someone else might want to spend $25 there on a lunch.... It's often been an unexplainable long wait, but today was a bit too much.
