First the good: although Service is quite slow the bakery department is quite friendly and has some great stuff. Now to the rest; the staff, Especially the meat department, are condescending and rude. The meat department acts like they're doing you a huge favor by selling you meat. Not a smile, not how can I help you. If they're busy prepping they will ignore you for up to 5 to 10 minutes and then act like they're doing you a huge favor by serving you. If you ask for a pound of something, they make it a pound and a half. They don't even tell you they just wrap it up and you noticed later that you've gotten too much. Once I asked them to please make it two pounds and he said he couldn't because then he have to cut a piece of steak. Ridiculous and I'm done with the market altogether read more

The selection here is noteworthy for its eclectic quality; TFM carries certain products that are difficult to find elsewhere. Beverages, for example. And snacks. However, the staff is somewhat dismissive, and certainly not enthusiastic. Nor, in my experience, are they as knowledgeable as they ought to be about the foods they are selling. One bad experience recently is worth noting: Upon leaving the store, I found one of their employees in the parking lot leaning against my brand-new Audi, smoking a cigarette. Any scratch in the pearl paint would be expensive to repair. I was furious and immediately phoned a store manager. He seemed not appropriately steamed, IMO; further, he said any issue I had should be taken up with the city, as Jupiter owns the parking lot. I said my issue was with TFM, as it was their employee (wearing a store uniform) who chose to lean on my car during his cig break. But the manager came back to his original point, that the lot belongs to the city. His conduct was not entirely adequate under the circumstances, at least in my view. read more

The greatest fresh paninis and wraps, Califia Farms juices and lemonades, terrific baked goods and breads. They appear to outdo Whole Foods in these areas. Delivery through Instacart was prompt and reliable. They delivered on many items which have been sold out recently at other stores. I.E. milk, bread, eggs, et al. read more

They have some great specialty items that you won't find at Publix however everything is not so fresh!! I have inquired about where their seafood comes from and a lot of it is imported from Asia where they have the worst farming standards. Their bakery items -- breads, cookies, muffins, etc are loaded with chemicals as well as their prepared foods. I took home their whipped sweet potatoes and read the ingredients when I got home. O.M.G. They were full chemicals. Mashed sweet potatoes should have potato, cream, butter that's it! It had margarine and a list of chemicals. Ugh! Be warned... Their items are far from fresh. Manager needs to be fired. Never more than two registers open. You can't check out in under 10 minutes. Two days before thanksgiving, two registers open and a line 30 minutes long. Not to mention everything is way overpriced and you can only do two items in the damn checkout counter at a time. Go to Publix. read more

Fresh Market,not so fresh,I had to return spoiled produce I didn't notice spoilage until I got home and made 2 trips to return.I sent a complaint to the home office and received a call from a nice lady that said they where sorry and would be happy to refund or exchange items. I thought that for all my trouble they would at least offer a store gift card or discount and next purchase,Nope not a thing. I also had to wait in one of their long lines to return,no customer service desk. Fresh Market needs to do better . read more

I love this store for their Tuesday specials of $2.99/lb chicken breasts and ground chuck!

This market is far from fresh and it takes a lot for me to complain. I've given this store many chances only to be constantly disappointed! From the rude employees in the seafood department to the bad food from the prepared food section. Tomato's should not burn your tongue the day after buying their salads. First let me say I'm a blue collar worker and 63 yr old. Store was immaculate and nice layout. Although food was why pay less for more. Most items over priced. They did have a nice selection of seafood and red meat. . I could not find a single happy employee in that store, Saw at least 10 employees. This is a great place to lose yourself in whilst shopping for quality fresh produce, great meats, seafood and to indulge in some candies or nuts. There is a broad selection of goods - the heart of prosciutto is wonderful without going the extra $8 for the prosciutto di Parma. Fresh made burgers on the meat counter are wonderful and when the tuna steaks are on offer - $5 each you cannot go wrong. Staff on the meat and seafood counters are extremely helpful. There's also a nice selection of bagged spices a good deal cheaper than jars and if you have a sweet tooth stop by the bulk candy on the way out. read more

The place is great. They have specials on Tuesday which make it as cheap or cheaper than publix. The coffee is great I get a cup with a danish and eat outside after shopping.. Plenty of parking and very upscale, great butcher shop. read more

3 times now on different occasions to buy some eggs that were on their weekly fresh deals, and they were all out of stock. headed by the 3 days later and the shelf was still empty. I am beginning to think there's a bit of switch and bait strategy going on. I did end up buying some other brand of eggs at regular price. The store may need to freshen up on their inventory management skills. I would also second the staff at the meat department. They make you wait without acknowledgement or basic customer service. I've most certainly had friendlier experience elsewhere. The store is a bit full of pretentious customers shopping there as well. read more

The parking spaces are too small for starters. You walk in and the atmosphere is nice but the customer service has much to be desired especially at check out. Like every register I've ever been to there is an issue with something. Long lines. Slow cashiers. Errant issues add up to id rather go somewhere else. read more

Good Food for the most part!.....When you can get it. The deli counter is so busy during lunch and understaffed, that it makes it impossible. Then, if you go after work when it is slower, they are out of many selections. Staff is hard working, (less a few chatty cashiers), just not enough of them. Meat depart also has the same problem with being understaffed. Not to mention I have purchased meat there multiple times that spoiled the next day. Overall, not impressed. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the two Publix less than 1/4 mile away. Better prices and service. read more

I've given this place three try's. Never again! First off it should not be called the "fresh" market nothing in the place is fresh! I've seen better produce in the Bahamas that has been on a mail boat for four days before it was even put on the shelves. The prepared grilled chicken must have been grilled a month ago! I purchased 4 breast and everyone of them were frozen solid! As far as the employees and management are concerned well... Not worth the time. I went on Tuesday which is the day when boneless skinless chicken breast and ground chuck is only $2.99 a pound. The place was a madhouse. Too many people, not enough help in the meat dept. had to wait for 10 minutes just to get waited on. "Take a Number". They need to staff up on the days when they expect more customers. read more

I was very specific with the butcher that I wanted quality beef for hamburgers that were not to lean like the crappy ones that Publix sells you which are 90% lean . Butcher stated they sell 85% lean ground chuck and prime meat and it is much better and has just write them out fat for cooking. Because they only sell their prime beef premade up in half pound sizes which is too large I was forced to buy several pounds (they oversold me too much) of ground chuck which butcher insisted was very good for grilling. But you're a can't of been more wrong burgers cooked horribly on the grill as they were too lean . What's the point of spending $60 on hamburger meat that taste like tofu!! They need to carry hamburger meat that is less than 85% lean. read more

We've just shopped here a few times. Still don't have a strong opinion pro or con. There is definitely a unique selection of produce and grocery items. The more common produce, meat, cheese and seafood items look no fresher than the stuff at Publix. We do like their selection of grocery items. This market is definitely a big step toward the gentrification of the Jupiter fishing village, so that's a good thing! read more

It's good to have this as another option to Whole Foods in PB Gardens. The bakery looks good and I tried their roasted hatch peppers which were great and you can get them in a reasonable container (not the mega sized everything at Costco). The prices are reasonable and they try to keep everything fresh though the corn in the produce section looked kinda sad. read more

I go to this place only for couple of things, basil tortellini with cheese from the prepared pasta salad section? my hubby likes the corn/bean/jalapeno and peppers one, I do think the price is too HIGH at 6.99 lb.??? oh boy, LOWER THE PRICE! Never have I had bad produce here, not once. I agree with many complaints they could open some more registers. But what makes this place stand out to me as a winner is the unbelievable filet of beef and their meats in general. Seafood a little weak. So my only complaint is not being able to shop all at one place, but very happy with many of their house brands, and their snack bins. I am a happy fresh market consumer. read more

I have been to fresh market several times and have been happy with most things. I have read other reviews about the meat department and about 90 % of them we're negative. I have taken a number and have always been called in the correct order. There were 2 butchers behind the counter the last visit there, and the gentleman that assisted me was pleasant. Breads we're great. Never bought produce so I can't disagree with all the others complaining about the produce section. I will agree about the parking spaces being to small but that is the developers fault, not fresh market. I guess my only negative comment would be the lack of cashiers. I would definitely go back because of the pre made meal selection. read more
