From the start---Excellent communication, met our request for an SUV (also A+), Lori was waiting to meet/give assistance at baggage claim (no searching for someone at the curb, no lugging bags), and we had a safe, comfortable ride from TPA to Venice. The SUV was plush (just what you want after a long day of travel), luxurious interior, water was waiting for us inside, car temperature was perfect, the music was soft and calming (good choice), and it was smooth sailing all the way to our destination. My husband took a nap--and I finished watching a video, all in PERFECT COMFORT. Normally, we rent a car and make the drive, but not anymore! We picked out our bikes and they made sure they were good to go. I asked them to adjust my seat a few times and I tested it around their nice size parking lot and all was well. I like that they have parking here too because we left our car. Parking can be quite difficult in Anna Maria Island. This was such an easy, friendly experience. They also let me know the best route to take with less cars. That was left out of the parking lot and left at the next street. It sure was perfect. Definitely recommend their bike rentals. $6 for a half day rate and a brand new bike can't be beat. My husband had the new bike. I could have, but I needed the lower bike.

The owner was contacted. Yes, she took full responsibility for miscommunication, however, no other compensation was offered for our inconvenience both ways. Each way was $125 and we were told to also include tip.....hence $150 for each way. Totally totally disappointed with how our concerns were handled.
