A bonus that this place has Touch Tunes, I love to play a couple songs from the app here and there. They have a food menu that is mostly appetizers and pizzas. We did not order food, just drinks, but it's nice to know there are some nibble options. This place is nothing fancy, hence the 'dive bar' reputation and that's why we checked it out haha. The heavy weight bartender was incredibly rude and seemed genuinely irritated that she had to do her job. Her attitude alone made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. I also noticed what appeared to be certain customers receiving noticeably heavier pours than others. Whether intentional or not, customers should never be able to see that kind of inconsistency. What was most concerning was watching a regular customer fall and hit his head so hard that the entire building heard it. Instead of showing concern or handling the situation professionally, the bartender's response was, "He does this all the time," and she seemed more annoyed than worried. I honestly can't wrap my head around how the situation was handled. Regardless of whether someone is a regular or has fallen before, a head injury should always be taken seriously and treated with care and professionalism. I left almost immediately after seeing how that was handled. The only bright spot of the evening was the server working the floor. She was, friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. Management, please do better. Your bartender's attitude and lack of concern for customers reflected poorly on your establishment. Customer service and safety should always come first. I really would like to hear feedback on this matter, thank you.
