After reaching out to her, I was able to make an appointment and although the drive was quite far, I can say with absolute certainty that it was worth the drive. I explained to Lexis what i didnt like about my current hair and what I did like from the inspo photos I had showed her. After seeing her Instagram page, I felt very comfortable with her working on my hair because all of the hair she posts on her hair ig are beautiful! She got to work immediately and although we didn't converse too much, I could tell that she was very focused and meticulous based on the way she was working on my hair. The cost is so worth it because you get fully educated on the qualities of curly hair that require certain steps products and care along with a dry cut (must have with curls, you can't cut curly hair while wet bc obvi with the springing back of length!!) then wash deep conditioning and hydration then styling.
