Two words.....simply amazing:). I came here for a haircut appointment, during my vacation to California. However, the great customer service doesn't begin here. While I was at home making the appointment, Tammy was very kind and friendly on the phone. She immediately booked my appointment at the time I asked for. Normally, I don't mind coming in a bit early before or after my suggested time, but this is definitely a plus. When I walked in to this establishment, I was friendly greeted by multiple staff members and made to feel at home. Furthermore, there was one kind young gentleman there that offered me a bottle of water. Now, let us get to the good part...Tammy:) The haircut that I received from her was exactly what I requested, which I seldom can say. Tammy took her time detailing the outline for my fade and making sure that the hair on my crown was the right length for me. She was very sweet in her demeanor and gave me compliments, which certainly flattered me. I'm lucky to have had my hair cut by such an amazing hairstylist. Lastly, I recommend Tammy to anyone in Vegas who is visiting southern California/Irvine area and needs a haircut for whatever reason. This hair salon is really a gem! There are many really great hair salons in the Irvine and Lake Forest area. Everyone has its fine points and not so fine points. Quality, atmosphere, price, etc. I've checked into a lot of them. Maia Bella has all the right stuff. The salon is clean, inviting and doesn't feel crowded or rushed. I had Maia cut my hair. Appointment right on time. I felt right at home right away. Best cut ever! She listens and her work met my expectations and more. Razor finish. The face and scalp massage at the end was the icing on the cake. Now that is something to look forward to at the end of a haircut. From what I saw anyone cutting hair at Maia Bella will be great. 10/10! This is a great place! I am from out of town visiting but my sister takes her son (my nephew) here & recommended them. I suggest calling to see if they are busy first, I made an appointment just in case. When I got there, there were 2 people waiting but I was seated immediately cause of my appointment. I believe my hair stylist was Tammy, she is very nice & sweet. I showed her a picture from their own Yelp page for what I wanted & Tammy gave me her recommendation. Even tho other people were waiting, Tammy took her time with my cut & was not in any rush which I really liked. Tammy always asked me what I wanted before she made a certain cut like how much off the top, if I wanted a line done, how I wanted my hair styled, that is very good attention to detail. This was a very good experience since I haven't had my hair professionally cut for about 10 years. Price was very fair & understandable during these covid times. My had my hair blonde a few months ago, and now root growing out. So I came back for a touch up and she renew all my hair with friends platinum blonde color. I'm so in love. I'm a very picky person when come with hairs but Maia always surprises me in a good way. Please don't remove my post again, because we all want to share good and bad experiences to everyone.
