Let me start by saying Monica has been cutting my hair now for about a year, for context. Since day one, she made sure to address any and all concerns regarding my cut and styling needs so we could come up with a proper plan. The first cut was perfect and exactly what I thought I was looking for but she went above and beyond and guided me through her plan so that my hairstyle would improve as we let it grow out a bit so she had enough hair to work with. Over the next couple appointments I saw my hair transform into something I had never been able to get with other people. The feedback she was giving me and her response to my own feedback made the process efficient and comfortable.
