She took the time to understand my specific pain points and tailored the massage accordingly. While still incorporating the hot stones, she added deep tissue work where I needed it most, which made such a big difference. By the end of the session, the tension in my back had significantly eased and my neck pain was relieved. The entire experience felt calming from the moment I walked in. The waiting area has a beautiful water feature, tea available, and such a peaceful, relaxing vibe. You also have the option to use their sauna and showers prior to your appointment, which makes it feel like a true spa experience rather than just a massage. The ambiance in the treatment room was just as soothing. There was an overhead fan that created a soft, natural rainfall sound that made the entire experience even more relaxing.
